Shopify stores designed and launched
Shopify Automation Services Built, Tested and Handed Over
Shopify automation services for stores that want repeat work done by software: pick an automation platform, a single workflow or an app integration, see a fixed price first and launch a build that has been tested on real orders.
- Platform builds for the leading no-code and developer automation tools
- Single-purpose workflows from order tagging to payout reconciliation
- Integration hubs for CRM, email, shipping, accounting and more
- Tested with a paid order, a refund and a failure before go-live

Automation That Is Tested, Documented and Yours to Keep
Most automation problems start as a copy-and-paste job somebody does every day. A good build takes that job, runs it from a trigger and tells you when something fails. The pages below cover the tool, the workflow or the app, and each one ends with a test and a handover.

Who Needs Shopify Automation Services
Most projects start with a task that someone repeats each day. These are the stores we help most often.
Teams retyping orders and tags
Orders, tags and notes are copied by hand between tools. We run them from a trigger instead, with a log of what happened.
Stores using several apps
Email, support, accounting and shipping tools each hold part of the picture. We connect them so the same order is the same everywhere.
Owners who learn about failures late
Automations that fail silently cost sales. We add alerts and a checking routine so a failure reaches a named person.
Merchants watching software cost
Some jobs fit Shopify's own tools, others need a platform. We compare routes and price the one that fits.
Stores moving off a fragile setup
A chain of workarounds nobody understands is a risk. We rebuild it cleanly and write down how it works.
Brands that need something custom
Where no platform fits, a short API build can connect the tool. It is scoped and priced as a fixed job.
Start With the Platform, the Workflow or the Integration Hub
Choose how you want to begin. Platform pages cover the tool that runs your automations, workflow pages cover a single job, and hub pages list every app integration by type. The A to Z index below lists every platform and workflow page.

How One Order Moves Through Your Automations
Every automation project follows one event through the systems that react to it. The map shows the connections we build and check, and the log shows what a passed test looks like.
Which Shopify Automation Route Fits You?
Shopify jobs can be automated in three ways. Find your goal in the left column and read across to see which route handles it.
| What matters | Shopify's built-in tools | No-code automation platform | Custom API build |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tag, flag or hold orders by rule | Often covered | Yes | Yes |
| Send data to apps outside Shopify | Limited | Yes | Yes |
| Multi-step logic with branches | Limited | Yes | Yes |
| Failure alerts to a named person | Some | Yes, if set up | Designed in |
| Full control over where it runs | Inside Shopify only | Vendor hosted, some self-hostable | Yes |
| An app with no listed connector | Not available | Through a webhook or API call | Yes, through its API |
| Typical fit for our packages | Simple rules | Most builds | Larger or unusual builds |
How a Shopify Automation Project Runs
A single workflow and a multi-platform build follow the same six steps. The scope changes, the order does not, and no real customer is charged or messaged during testing.
- 1
Choose the page and package
Open the page for your platform, workflow or integration and pick a package. The price and delivery estimate show before you pay.
- 2
Choose how we get access
Add us as collaborators, let us build in our own Shopify Partner account and transfer ownership afterwards, or share a restricted staff login. In outside tools we use a user you create.
- 3
Map the trigger and the result
We write what starts the automation, what it must do and where each fact is stored. You approve the map first.
- 4
Build in test mode
Connections are made in sandbox or test mode where one exists, so real customers and real money stay untouched.
- 5
Test the ordinary case and the failures
We test a paid order, a multi-item order, a refund and a deliberate failure, then check each system afterwards.
- 6
Go live and hand over
After your approval the automation switches to live mode. You receive a recorded walkthrough and notes on what to check weekly.
Why Brands Hire Us for Shopify Automation Services
Connecting two tools is the easy part. Brands hire us for the testing, alerts and documentation that keep an automation trustworthy.
Shopify is the only platform we build on
Since 2015 we have built only on Shopify, with more than 450 launched stores. Orders, refunds and inventory behaviour are familiar before your project starts.
A fixed price per page
Each platform, workflow and integration has its own page with packages and a price shown first. Platform subscriptions and app fees stay between you and the providers.
Failures tested on purpose
We test duplicates, refunds and failed steps, because that is where automations break.
Alerts that reach a person
A failure notifies a named person with the order number, so nothing fails silently.
Accounts stay yours
Your store and tool accounts remain under your logins, with access we use removed at handover.

Shopify Automation Services FAQs
Direct answers on cost, tools, testing and ownership.
How much do Shopify automation services cost?
Single workflows start at $190 and platform builds are priced on their own pages with three packages and a delivery estimate shown before you pay. Subscriptions to automation platforms and apps are billed by the providers.
What is a Shopify automation platform?
A tool such as Zapier, Make or n8n that runs a task when something happens in your store. We choose the platform that fits the job and build and test the workflow.
Do I need a platform, or can Shopify do it?
Simple rules such as tagging or alerts can run in Shopify's own tools. Jobs that reach other apps usually need a platform, and each platform page explains where it fits.
Can you connect an app that is not listed?
Often yes. Send a quote request with the app's name and what should move between it and Shopify. We check what its API allows and quote a fixed price, or say if a simpler route exists.
How do you test an automation?
With a paid order, a multi-item order, a refund and a deliberate failure, then we check each system and the alert. Real customers are never messaged during testing.
Who owns the automation afterwards?
You do. Accounts stay under your logins and our access is removed at handover, with a recorded walkthrough and written notes.
How long does a build take?
Most builds take 3 to 30 working days depending on the scope you choose in the package. The estimate shows on each page before you pay.
