Does it cost anything to apply?
No. The program is free to join, and there is no fee at any point.
What do you look at when you review an application?
The website or channel you promote through, the audience you describe, and whether your content suits the program. We may ask for more information.
How long does a review take?
A person reads each application and replies by email. We do not give a fixed time, and the email will tell you what happens next.
Can I apply without a website?
Yes, if you have another place where you speak to Shopify store owners, such as a channel, a newsletter or a community. Describe it in the form.
What do I get if I am approved?
A personal link and code, a link builder, clicks and orders, commission records, ready-made creatives and an affiliate section in your customer dashboard.
Do I need a password?
No. You sign in to the dashboard with an email link or a six-digit code.
Can I apply for more than one account?
One person or business may hold one affiliate account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
How do payouts work?
Once your approved balance reaches $100 it is paid in the next batch, in US dollars, by Stripe, Payoneer or local bank transfer. Bank transfers are paid net of the bank, transfer and conversion fees.
What if I am not approved?
We tell you by email and, where we can, say why. You are welcome to apply again if your channels change.
