Breeze Shopify App, Mapped Field by Field and Tested on Real Orders

A Breeze Shopify app setup turns store events into project tasks. Zoho Flow has a flow that creates a Breeze task for each new Shopify order, and Make can create projects and tasks and read orders and inventory. No native connector exists, and a Breeze shipping carrier and the Breeze Automatic insights app are different products. We build, deduplicate and test, from $390.

  • New-order and returns tasks created in Breeze
  • Project templates per order type
  • Task fields filled from order data
  • Test log and a recorded handover

Our track record

Launched 450+ Shopify Stores Since 2015. Now We Connect Them to the Tools You Run.

A store is only as useful as the systems around it. Our integration work is built on years spent within Shopify, so we know what a clean order looks like before it reaches Breeze.

Who this is for

Breeze Shopify App: Who It Helps Most

Task boards help when every order lands as a clear card. These are the cases we build for.

You are a good fit if
  • Shopify is your store platform
  • You can give us limited access to Breeze
  • You want a clear scope and price
  • Someone can confirm the test results
  • Teams tracking fulfilment

A new order creates a Breeze task via Zoho Flow.

  • Agencies and custom makers

A project with a task list is created per custom order.

  • Teams using Make

Triggers and actions cover projects, tasks, orders and inventory.

  • Teams mixing products

A Breeze carrier and Breeze Automatic are different products.

  • Teams watching stock

Low-stock events can create restock tasks.

  • Teams unsure of Zapier

Its triggers and actions were not confirmed.

Problems solved

Breeze Shopify App: Six Faults We Fix First

Task automations fail on duplicates and context. These are the six faults we fix.

The problem

Duplicate tasks

The outcome

Retries create twins. We key by order ID.

The problem

Task flood

The outcome

Every order becomes a card. We filter.

The problem

Missing order details

The outcome

Staff reopen Shopify. We include fields.

The problem

Wrong assignee

The outcome

Tasks go unowned. We route.

The problem

No due dates

The outcome

Late shipping. We compute from order data.

The problem

No handover

The outcome

Flows are unwritten. We document them.

The connection, mapped

What Happens When an order needs custom work: The Breeze Flow

All connections follow the same path. The store sends an event, we check it against what Breeze already holds, the right record is written and the change is logged where your operations team can see it. This map shows the pieces we connect and test before handover.

Six Stages From Brief to Live Breeze Sync

We follow the same six steps on every build, which is why the price can be fixed.

  1. 1

    Brief and scope

The brief covers what you sell, how Breeze is used and which events should trigger work. We review some orders and rows to decide the starting point and the limits.

  2. 2

    Access and connection

You grant limited access to Shopify and Breeze through a Google or Microsoft sign-in, or an API token. Before building, we read live data to prove both connections.

  3. 3

    Map and rule

Together we map order number, SKU, quantity and status, decide which system wins each clash and write down how blanks behave.

  4. 4

    Build in a copy

The flow is built against test data, never your live records. You see the plan and, where useful, a recorded run.

  5. 5

    Test on real cases

We test a custom order, a paid order and a refund request, plus refunds and edits, then compare the results with what Shopify shows.

  6. 6

    Go live and hand over

On your approval the flow is switched on and monitored through its first runs, and you receive notes, a diagram and a quick video tour.

Six Safeguards Built Into Every Breeze Integration

Careful beats fast when personal data is involved. These are the habits behind every build.

Plain scope, two revision rounds

Price first, then two structured revision rounds for anything in scope, so no tweak becomes a surprise charge.

A written definition of done

Done means the flow copes with a custom order, a paid order and a refund request, and the results are written in the log.

Nothing sent without approval

Anything that emails, texts or posts to a customer is reviewed with you before it is switched on.

Failures raise a flag

A named person receives an alert, with the order and the reason, whenever a run fails.

Narrow access, in your name

The smallest workable access, set up through a Google or Microsoft sign-in, or an API token, with all accounts in your name.

Counts compared, not assumed

We check totals against the source after each load, so mismatches surface straight away.

Custom objects, unusual authentication, several Shopify stores feeding one Breeze account, high-volume stores above 10,000 orders a month, and builds that need your own servers are quoted separately at a fixed price.

How many orders does the store process a month?Required

Busier stores need extra queuing and a longer test.

Should data move one way or both ways?Required

Fields that both systems change need a written winner.

Is your Breeze account empty or full of data?Required

Existing data is matched to Shopify ids up front.

How soon do you need it live?Required

Standard follows the schedule your other choices set. Pay to move up the queue and go live sooner.

Optional extrasOptional

Each one begins switched off. Turn on what you need, watch the total, switch it back off.

Why Store Design Expert

Why Hire Us to Connect Breeze and Shopify

Most of this job is clicking, and you could do it. People hire us because the unglamorous parts, ids, timing and edge cases, decide whether the connection helps or hurts.

A price you can plan around

You see the cost and extra days for each choice in the calculator. Any Breeze subscription is billed by Breeze, so check what it charges today.

Experience since 2015

More than 450 Shopify stores have passed through our hands, so we have met most of the quirks that interfere with integrations.

Safety designed in

Every build includes retries, alerts, unique keys and narrow access; none are paid extras.

4.9+ from verified clients

Every review on this page is from a verified Store Design Expert client, which lets you see how projects went first.

A direct line to the builder

You talk to the person working on your flow, and questions about a trigger or field get a plain answer.

Tested on your real cases

We check against your own cases, like a custom order, a paid order and a refund request.

What we need to get started

What We Need From You to Begin

We need a way into your store, a Breeze account and a short brief. Pick the access route that suits you.

Approve a collaborator request

If the store is live, send us its address and approve our request. Ownership stays with you, our role is limited, and removal takes one click.

Starting from nothing? We build first

We can assemble the store in our own Shopify Partner account, connect Breeze there, then hand the whole store over by ownership transfer. You pick a Shopify plan only at the end.

Or share a staff login

A staff account is an option. The collaborator route is still better, as it can be cancelled instantly and involves no shared password.

Your Breeze access

Create the account yourself and invite us, or ask us to create it with your email. Either way you hold the owner role, and we use a Google or Microsoft sign-in, or an API token.

Sample records

Share a few typical records from both tools, or point us to them. Real examples reveal how your data is really structured.

A decision-maker

Tell us who approves the plan and the test, and which rule should win when Breeze and Shopify disagree.

Your Shopify owner password and card details never reach us. Changes are made in a copy, and we note every setting we touch.

FAQ

Breeze Integration FAQs

Everything owners ask us before booking.

How much does Breeze Shopify app cost?

Single Workflow costs $390, Core Workflows $790 and Full Integration $1490. Order volume, data direction, existing Breeze data and add-ons change the total, and the calculator shows it before you pay. Most projects land between about $390 and $2090, with delivery from 3 to 14 working days.

How long does the Breeze integration take?

Single Workflow takes 3 to 5 working days, Core Workflows 5 to 9 and Full Integration 8 to 14. The usual variables are how much history you want loaded and how quickly you approve the test results. The Sooner and Fastest options shorten the schedule when a launch date is fixed.

Does Breeze integrate natively with Shopify?

We found no native connector.

What does Zoho Flow do?

Creates a Breeze task for each new order. Searches like "breeze task board shopify order" describe the same work.

What can Make do?

Create projects and tasks and read Shopify data. Related searches such as "shopify to breeze sync", you are in the right place.

Is the Breeze carrier the same?

No. If you came here from "breeze shopify zapier", the answer is the same.

Can tasks include order details?

Yes. Queries such as "breeze shopify make.com" point to this service.

Are the Zapier details confirmed?

No. The same service covers "breeze shopify n8n".

Can you build it?

Yes.
