Fixed-price Shipday integration

Shipday Shopify App, Mapped Field by Field and Tested on Real Orders

A Shipday Shopify app setup runs local delivery from your store: orders push to a dispatch dashboard, drivers get a queue with maps and capture proof of delivery with photo, timestamp and signature, and customers see live tracking and ETA texts. Uber, DoorDash and Roadie can be backups in the US and Canada. Listings show a free Starter plan and a $39 Professional tier. We configure and test, from $390.

  • Local delivery and pickup orders pushed to dispatch
  • Driver app and proof of delivery tested

Our track record

Launched 450+ Shopify Stores Since 2015. Now We Connect Them to the Tools You Run.

A store is only as useful as the systems around it. Our integration work is built on years spent inside Shopify, so we know what a clean order looks like before it reaches Shipday.

Who this is for

Who Our Shipday Shopify App Service Is For

Local delivery is won on tracking and proof. These are the cases we build for.

You are a good fit if
  • You sell on Shopify today or soon
  • You will own the Shipday account
  • You prefer a quote to an hourly meter
  • You can approve a test within a few days
  • Stores delivering locally

Orders push to the dispatch dashboard at checkout.

  • Teams with their own drivers

Jobs go to the merchant's drivers with a queue, maps and order details.

  • Customers asking where the driver is

Live tracking and ETA texts show the driver's location.

  • Teams needing proof

Photos, timestamps and signatures are captured.

  • Stores without enough drivers

Uber, DoorDash and Roadie can act as backups in the US and Canada.

  • Owners comparing plans

A free Starter plan and a $39 Professional tier are listed; details differ by listing.

What is included

What Is Inside Your Shipday Integration

Deliverables fall into six groups. The package table below shows how much of each group a given price covers, so the gap between packages is easy to judge.

Connection

  • Connection health check scheduled
  • Access roles checked together
  • No secrets in notes or chat
  • Only the Shopify access the flow needs

Triggers

  • Every trigger proven separately
  • Rules by tag, country or order value
  • Event handled: a driver accepts
  • Event handled: a delivery is completed

Mapping

  • Mapping for address
  • Weight and service level mapped with formats
  • Field map written into the notes
  • Who wins each field, in writing

Safety

  • Retries that update, not duplicate
  • Daily health check
  • Unique key on every write
  • Alerting on failed runs

Testing

  • Early live runs observed
  • Scenario tested: a failed delivery
  • Refunds and edits tested
  • Written test log delivered

Handover

  • Every setting explained in writing
  • Revisions: two rounds included
  • Screen-recorded tour of the flow
  • Help with questions after go-live

Your part is access, a short brief and a ruling on conflicts. Ours is the build, the test and the handover.

How the link works

What Happens When a delivery order is paid: The Shipday Flow

Every connection follows the same path. The store sends an event, we check it against what Shipday already holds, the right record is written and the change is logged where your fulfilment team can see it. The map shows the pieces we connect and test before handover.

Process and timeline

From First Call to Live Sync: Our Shipday Shopify App Process

We follow the same six steps on every build, which is why the price can be fixed.

  1. 1

    Brief and scope

We ask what you sell, how Shipday is used and which events matter. A short review of your orders and labels shows where the flow should start and what it must never do.

  2. 2

    Access and connection

We ask for the smallest access that works, via an API key or a connected store. A live read confirms it before we build on top of it.

  3. 3

    Map and rule

Together we map address, weight, service level and tracking number, decide which system wins each clash and write down how blanks behave.

  4. 4

    Build in a copy

A copy comes first: test data only, a visible plan and, where helpful, a recorded run.

  5. 5

    Test on real cases

Cases tested: a normal delivery, a rushed delivery and a failed delivery, plus refunds and edits. Every result is compared with Shopify's own figures.

  6. 6

    Go live and hand over

When you say go, the flow goes live. We watch the first runs and leave you notes, a diagram and a recorded walkthrough.

How We Protect Your Orders and Customer Data

None of these costs extra. They are simply how we work.

Failures raise a flag

Failed runs notify a named person with the order and the cause, so silence cannot hide a problem.

Counts compared, not assumed

After any load we compare counts with the source, so missing or doubled records are caught early.

Narrow access, in your name

We request only the permissions the flow needs, via an API key or a connected store, and you own every account.

A written definition of done

The flow counts as finished only when a normal delivery, a rushed delivery and a failed delivery all pass and are logged.

Secrets kept in a vault

Keys and tokens live in a secure vault, not in notes, spreadsheets or chat.

Nothing sent without approval

Emails, texts and posts that reach customers are approved by you before they are enabled.

Projects beyond these packages, such as custom objects, heavy history loads, multi-store designs or a custom API build, are scoped and quoted at a fixed price after a short call.

What is your monthly order volume?Required

Volume decides how much load planning the build needs.

In which direction should the data travel?Required

Syncing both ways means a conflict rule for each shared field.

Is there data already inside Shipday?Required

Records already there must be matched first.

How soon do you need it live?Required

Standard follows the schedule your other choices set. Pay to move up the queue and go live sooner.

Each one begins switched off. Turn on what you need, watch the total, switch it back off.

Why Store Design Expert

What You Get From Us That a Template Does Not

Most of this job is clicking, and you could do it. People hire us because the unglamorous parts, ids, timing and edge cases, decide whether the connection helps or hurts.

We live inside Shopify

We work with Shopify orders, refunds, edits and metafields daily. That depth is separate from knowing Shipday's interface.

A direct line to the builder

You message the person who has your flow open. Questions about a trigger or a field get a straight answer.

Experience since 2015

Over 450 Shopify stores since 2015 mean we have seen most of the odd cases that break integrations.

Safety designed in

Retries, alerts, unique keys and limited access come as standard in every build.

Notes a colleague can follow

Our handover records what moves where and which settings were chosen, so a future developer will not have to guess.

Tested on your real cases

Your real scenarios are the test plan: a normal delivery, a rushed delivery and a failed delivery.

What we need to get started

What to Prepare Before We Start Your Shipday Integration

Three things get the work moving: safe access, a few answers and a decision-maker. Here is the detail.

Approve a collaborator request

If the store is live, send us its address and approve our request. Ownership stays with you, our role is limited, and removal takes one click.

Starting from nothing? We build first

Without a store, we build one in a Partner account with Shipday connected, then transfer it to you. You pick a plan once everything works.

Or share a staff login

If it is simpler, a staff login will do. We prefer the collaborator route because it is revocable in one click and no password changes hands.

Your Shipday access

Either create the Shipday account yourself and add us, or we open it with your email. You remain the owner, and we work through an API key or a connected store.

Sample records

Two or three representative records from each side are enough. They show us the true shape of your data.

A decision-maker

We need one person to approve the plan and the test, plus a rule for what wins when Shipday and Shopify clash.

Your Shopify owner password and card details never reach us. Changes are made in a copy, and we note every setting we touch.

FAQ

Shipday Integration FAQs

Everything owners ask us before booking.

How much does Shipday Shopify app cost?

Single Workflow costs $390, Core Workflows $790 and Full Integration $1490. Order volume, data direction, existing Shipday data and add-ons change the total, and the calculator shows it before you pay. Most projects land between about $390 and $2090, with delivery from 3 to 14 working days.

How long does the Shipday integration take?

Single Workflow takes 3 to 5 working days, Core Workflows 5 to 9 and Full Integration 8 to 14. The usual variables are how much history you want loaded and how quickly you approve the test results. The Sooner and Fastest options shorten the schedule when a launch date is fixed.

Does Shipday integrate with Shopify?

Yes, with a Shopify app.

What does the driver app do?

Shows the queue and maps and records proof of delivery. If you typed "shipday dispatch driver app shopify", this is the page for it.

What proof is captured?

Photos, timestamps and signatures. If you typed "shopify to shipday sync", you are in the right place.

Do customers get tracking?

Yes, live tracking and ETA texts. The same job is behind "connect shopify and shipday".

Can I use Uber or DoorDash as backup?

In the US and Canada, per the listing. Another way to phrase it: "shipday shopify zapier"; this page covers that too.

What does it cost?

A free Starter plan and a $39 Professional tier are listed; check the page. People also search for "shipday shopify make.com"; the work is the same.

Can you set it up?

Yes. Related searches such as "shipday shopify n8n", you are in the right place.
