SellerCloud integration for Shopify

SellerCloud Shopify Integration, Priced Up Front, Built With Care

A SellerCloud Shopify integration makes Sellercloud the control centre for inventory, orders and listings. Stock pushes to Shopify after each order, warehouses map one-to-one to Locations, and tracking returns to Shopify. Existing listings must be imported first and enabling inventory upload sets non-enabled products to zero. We configure and test, from $390.

  • Listings imported before inventory upload is enabled
  • Warehouse-to-Location mapping with Unsellable left unmapped
  • Order download limit date and webhook key set
  • Test log and a recorded handover

Who this is for

SellerCloud Shopify Integration: Who It Helps Most

Inventory control tools can zero your stock if set up wrongly. These are the cases we build for.

You are a good fit if
  • You sell on Shopify today or soon
  • You will own the SellerCloud account
  • You prefer a quote to an hourly meter
  • You can approve a test within a few days
  • Multichannel sellers

Stock pushes to Shopify automatically after each order.

  • Stores with several warehouses

Warehouses map to Shopify Locations, one to one.

  • Stores holding back stock

Unsellable warehouses are sent as sellable if mapped, so leave them unmapped.

  • Stores with existing listings

Listings must be imported first for product and variant IDs.

  • Stores with old orders

An order download limit date avoids pulling history.

  • Stores enabling uploads

Products not enabled for Shopify are set to zero.

Problems solved

SellerCloud Shopify Integration: Six Faults We Fix First

Inventory takeovers fail on mapping and order. These are the six faults we fix.

The problem

Stock zeroed

The outcome

Products vanish from sale. We enable only after import.

The problem

Wrong warehouse map

The outcome

Overselling follows. We map one to one.

The problem

Unsellable stock sells

The outcome

Damaged goods ship. We leave unmapped.

The problem

Old orders imported

The outcome

Fulfilment floods. We set the limit date.

The problem

Webhooks off

The outcome

Updates lag. We set the verification key.

The problem

No handover

The outcome

Mapping is unwritten. We document it.

How We Build Your SellerCloud Integration, Step by Step

A fixed order of work keeps the project predictable. You know what happens next at every point.

  1. 1

    Brief and scope

We ask what you sell, how SellerCloud is used and which events matter. A short review of your orders and orders shows where the flow should start and what it must never do.

  2. 2

    Access and connection

You grant limited access to Shopify and SellerCloud through an API key or an OAuth sign-in. Before building, we read live data to prove both connections.

  3. 3

    Map and rule

Order id, SKU, warehouse and tracking number are matched across both tools, and we record who wins each conflict and how blanks are treated.

  4. 4

    Build in a copy

A copy comes first: test data only, a visible plan and, where helpful, a recorded run.

  5. 5

    Test on real cases

Cases tested: a store order, a marketplace order and a stock change, plus refunds and edits. Every result is compared with Shopify's own figures.

  6. 6

    Go live and hand over

When you say go, the flow goes live. We watch the first runs and leave you notes, a diagram and a recorded walkthrough.

How We Protect Your Orders and Customer Data

Careful beats fast when personal data is involved. These are the habits behind every build.

Secrets kept in a vault

Tokens and keys are stored in a secure vault, never pasted into notes or chat.

Plain scope, two revision rounds

You see the price before paying. Changes within scope go through two structured rounds, so a tweak never becomes an hourly invoice.

Failures raise a flag

A failed run alerts a named person with the order and the reason. Silence never means success.

Nothing sent without approval

No message to a customer goes live until you have read and approved it.

Build in a copy, never live

The flow is built and tested against test data. Your live orders and orders are untouched until you approve.

Counts compared, not assumed

We check totals against the source after each load, so mismatches surface straight away.

SellerCloud connected and one flow built: import the order, with fields mapped and the result tested.

  • SellerCloud authorised through an API key or an OAuth sign-in
  • Trigger for the event: an order is paid
  • Mapping for order id, SKU and warehouse
  • Duplicate protection on every write
  • Tested with a store order and a marketplace order
  • Test log plus a recorded walkthrough

Core flows live: SellerCloud will import the order, update inventory on every channel and return the tracking number, with filters, retries and a failure alert.

  • Everything in Single Workflow
  • A trigger for each: an order is paid, a channel order arrives, stock changes
  • Tracking number plus custom fields matched
  • Rules by tag, country and order value
  • Automatic retries with failure alerts
  • Checks on a store order, a marketplace order and a stock change

Two-way sync, history load and a fortnight of monitoring, with a written runbook for your team.

  • Everything in Core Workflows
  • Both-way sync with a winner for each field
  • A one-off catch-up of earlier orders
  • Fourteen days of monitoring after launch
  • Review of access and roles
  • A runbook your team can follow

Projects beyond these packages, such as bespoke objects, heavy history loads, multi-store designs or a custom API build, are scoped and quoted at a fixed price after a short call.

Roughly how many orders do you take each month?Required

Volume decides how much load planning the build needs.

Which way should data flow?Required

Syncing both ways means a conflict rule for each shared field.

Is there data already inside SellerCloud?Required

Matching comes first, so nothing is duplicated.

How soon do you need it live?Required

Standard follows the schedule your other choices set. Pay to move up the queue and go live sooner.

Why Store Design Expert

Why Owners Choose Our SellerCloud Shopify Integration Over Doing It Alone

Templates cover the happy path. We cover the rest, and we put the result in writing.

Experience since 2015

More than 450 Shopify stores have passed through our hands, so we have met most of the quirks that interfere with integrations.

Notes a colleague can follow

Handover notes record the data paths and the choices behind each setting, ready for whoever works on it next.

We live inside Shopify

We work with Shopify orders, refunds, edits and metafields daily. That depth is separate from knowing SellerCloud's interface.

Safety designed in

Retries, alerts, unique keys and narrow access are in every build, not offered as extras.

A price you can plan around

The calculator shows the price and extra days for every package and option. SellerCloud bills its own plan fees, so check its current pricing page.

4.9+ from verified clients

You can read verified client reviews on this page before paying, so past results are visible.

What we need to get started

Getting Started: What We Ask For

We need a way into your store, a SellerCloud account and a short brief. Pick the access route that suits you.

Approve a collaborator request

Already trading? Share the store address and accept our collaborator request. You remain the owner, we see only what the role allows, and you can remove us whenever you like.

Starting from nothing? We build first

Without a store, we build one in a Partner account with SellerCloud connected, then transfer it to you. You pick a plan once everything works.

Or share a staff login

If it is simpler, a staff login will do. We prefer the collaborator route because it is revocable in one click and no password changes hands.

Your SellerCloud access

Create the account yourself and invite us, or ask us to create it with your email. Either way you hold the owner role, and we use an API key or an OAuth sign-in.

Sample records

Two or three representative records from each side are enough. They show us the true shape of your data.

A decision-maker

Name the person who approves the plan and the test, and tell us which system should win when SellerCloud and Shopify disagree.

Your Shopify owner password and card details never reach us. Changes are made in a copy, and we note every setting we touch.

FAQ

SellerCloud Integration FAQs

Everything owners ask us before booking.

How much does SellerCloud Shopify integration cost?

Single Workflow costs $690, Core Workflows $1390 and Full Integration $2690. Order volume, data direction, existing SellerCloud data and add-ons change the total, and the calculator shows it before you pay. Most projects land between about $690 and $3770, with delivery from 3 to 16 working days.

How long does the SellerCloud integration take?

Single Workflow takes 3 to 6 working days, Core Workflows 6 to 10 and Full Integration 9 to 16. The usual variables are how much history you want loaded and how quickly you approve the test results. The Sooner and Fastest options shorten the schedule when a launch date is fixed.

What does SellerCloud sync?

Inventory, orders, tracking and listings.

Why import listings first?

It needs Shopify product and variant IDs. People also search for "sellercloud warehouse location shopify"; the same build answers that too.

How do warehouses map?

To Shopify Locations, one to one. Queries such as "how to map shopify fields in sellercloud" lead to the same build.

What happens to non-enabled products?

They are set to zero once inventory upload is on. If you typed "shopify to sellercloud sync", the answer is the same.

Is a webhook key required?

Optional, but needed for webhooks. Queries such as "connect shopify and sellercloud" point to this service.

Is it called Descartes Sellercloud?

The homepage says so. Another way to phrase it: "sellercloud shopify zapier"; the same build answers that too.

Can you set it up?

Yes. People also search for "sellercloud shopify make.com"; this page covers that too.
