Shopify to Retailed, built by specialists

Shopify Retailed Integration, Mapped Field by Field and Tested on Real Orders

A Shopify Retailed integration could not be confirmed: our research found no product by that name. Nearby retail POS links differ: Toast Retail syncs inventory counts only and needs items linked by hand, Lightspeed Retail recommends a separate payment type and does not sync Shopify edits back, and Retail Pro syncs customers and price levels. We ask for the vendor, then scope, build, test and hand over, from $690.

  • Product and spelling confirmed
  • POS and online stock mapped
  • Customer and price-level sync checked
  • Test log and a recorded handover

Our track record

Launched 450+ Shopify Stores Since 2015. Now We Connect Them to the Tools You Run.

A store is only as useful as the systems around it. Our integration work comes out of years spent inside Shopify, so we know what a clean order looks like long before it reaches Retailed.

Who this is for

Six Reasons Owners Book Shopify Retailed Integration

Retailers with shops and an online store want stock, prices and customers aligned. These are the cases we handle.

You are a good fit if
  • Your store runs on Shopify
  • You have, or will open, a Retailed account
  • You want a fixed price and a written scope
  • You can share the access we ask for
  • Teams unsure of the name

    We found no Retailed page.

  • Retailers syncing stock

    Toast syncs inventory counts.

  • Teams separating payments

Lightspeed suggests a payment type for Shopify.

  • Teams syncing customers

    Retail Pro syncs them.

  • Teams with price levels

    Retail Pro can carry them.

  • Teams editing in Shopify

    Edits may not sync back.

Problems solved

Shopify Retailed Integration: Six Faults We Fix First

POS-to-online links fail on direction and linking. These are the six faults we avoid.

The problem

Items not linked in both systems

The outcome

Stock drifts. We link every item.

The problem

Edits in Shopify not syncing back

The outcome

Systems disagree. We set one master.

The problem

Payments mixed together

The outcome

Reports mislead. We use a separate type.

The problem

Customers duplicated

The outcome

Lists clutter. We match on email.

The problem

Guessed vendor

The outcome

Nothing syncs. We confirm first.

The problem

No handover

The outcome

Setup is unwritten, so the next change starts from guesswork. We write down the triggers, fields and tests.

  • Every trigger proven separately
  • Rules by tag, country or order value
  • Sequence of events tested

Mapping

  • Cost mapped, with blanks handled
  • A winner chosen for each field
  • Location and quantity matched, formats included

Safety

  • Opt-outs and consent carried across
  • Platform limits respected
  • Daily health check
  • Unique key on every write

Testing

  • Edge cases: refunds and edits

How We Wire Retailed to Your Store, Step by Step

An integration is best judged when you can see it. The picture shows the pieces we build for Retailed: the records on each side, the status of every link and the log a person can read.

How We Build Your Retailed Integration, Step by Step

We follow the same six steps on every build, which is why the price can be fixed.

  1. 1

    Brief and scope

We ask what you sell, how Retailed is used and which events matter. A short review of your orders and items shows where the flow should start and what it must never do.

  2. 2

    Access and connection

You approve narrow access to Shopify and Retailed, using an API key or an OAuth sign-in. We confirm the connection with a live read before building on it.

  3. 3

    Map and rule

We map SKU, location, quantity and cost, then agree which side wins each conflict and what blanks should do, in writing.

  4. 4

    Build in a copy

A copy comes first: test data only, a visible plan and, where helpful, a recorded run.

  5. 5

    Test on real cases

We run a sale of the last unit, a goods-in delivery and a stock count, then refunds and edits, and verify each outcome against what the store shows.

  6. 6

    Go live and hand over

When you say go, the flow goes live. We watch the first runs and leave you notes, a diagram and a recorded walkthrough.

What Keeps Your Store and Retailed Data Safe

Integrations move customer data between systems, so mistakes are costly. These practices come with every package and explain why a fixed fee can still be a careful one.

Narrow access, in your name

We ask for the least access that works, through an API key or an OAuth sign-in, and every account stays under your ownership.

Build in a copy, never live

The flow is built and tested against test data. Your live orders and items are untouched until you approve.

Counts compared, not assumed

After any load we compare counts with the source, so missing or doubled records are caught early.

Plain scope, two revision rounds

You know the cost up front. Two revision rounds cover changes within scope, which keeps tweaks from becoming extra invoices.

Failures raise a flag

A failed run alerts a named person with the order and the reason. Silence never means success.

Nothing sent without approval

Anything that emails, texts or posts to a customer is reviewed with you before it is switched on.

Bigger packages add more triggers, more safety and more checks. The calculator shows the price and days for each choice.

A single, solid flow: Retailed will reserve the stock, with mapped fields and a test.

  • Retailed linked with an API key or an OAuth sign-in
  • First trigger built: an order is paid
  • SKU, location and quantity mapped
  • Every write protected from duplicates
  • Test on a sale of the last unit and a goods-in delivery
  • A log of the tests and a short recorded tour

Three flows running: Retailed will reserve the stock; update the quantity in Shopify; and write the adjustment to both systems, plus filters, retries and alerts.

  • Everything in Single Workflow
  • A trigger for each: an order is paid, stock is received, stock is adjusted
  • Cost plus custom fields matched
  • Rules by tag, country and order value
  • Automatic retries with failure alerts
  • Proven on a sale of the last unit, a goods-in delivery and a stock count

Two-way sync, history load and a fortnight of monitoring, with a written runbook for your team.

  • Everything in Core Workflows
  • Two-way updates with per-field winners
  • One-off history load of past items
  • Monitoring for 14 days after launch
  • Roles and permissions reviewed
  • A runbook your team can follow

If your Retailed setup uses custom code, a private API, an on-premise system or more than one store, send a short brief and we will quote it as a fixed-price project.

How busy is the store, in orders per month?Required

Volume decides how much load planning the build needs.

In which direction should the data travel?Required

Two-way sync adds rules for fields both sides can edit.

Is your Retailed account empty or full of data?Required

Matching comes first, so nothing is duplicated.

How soon do you need it live?Required

Standard follows the schedule your other choices set. Pay to move up the queue and go live sooner.

Optional extrasOptional

Each one begins switched off. Turn on what you need, watch the total, switch it back off.

Why Store Design Expert

What You Get From Us That a Template Does Not

You are paying for judgement and for a result you can inspect, not for hours.

We live inside Shopify

Orders, refunds, edits and metafields are daily work for us. That is a different skill from knowing the menus of Retailed.

Experience since 2015

We have launched more than 450 Shopify stores since 2015 and met most of the quirks that trip up integrations.

Notes a colleague can follow

We document what moves where and which settings we picked, so the next developer starts informed.

A price you can plan around

Prices and extra days are visible for each package and option. Plan fees for Retailed come from Retailed directly; its pricing page has the latest.

4.9+ from verified clients

Every review on this page is from a verified Store Design Expert client, which lets you see how projects went first.

Safety designed in

Retries, alerts, unique keys and limited access come as standard in every build.

What we need to get started

Getting Started: What We Ask For

Three things get the work moving: safe access, a few answers and a decision-maker. Here is the detail.

Approve a collaborator request

If the store is live, send us its address and approve our request. Ownership stays with you, our role is limited, and removal takes one click.

Starting from nothing? We build first

Without a store, we build one in a Partner account with Retailed connected, then transfer it to you. You pick a plan once everything works.

Or share a staff login

If it is simpler, a staff login will do. We prefer the collaborator route because it is revocable in one click and no password changes hands.

Your Retailed access

Either create the Retailed account yourself and add us, or we open it with your email. You remain the owner, and we work through an API key or an OAuth sign-in.

Sample records

Two or three representative records from each side are enough. They show us the true shape of your data.

A decision-maker

Who signs off the plan and the test? And when Retailed and Shopify disagree, which one is right? Those two answers are all we need.

We never need your owner password or payment details. Access is limited, logged and removable at any time.

FAQ

Shopify Retailed Integration FAQs

Straight answers on price, scope, timing and what we need from you.

How much does Shopify Retailed integration cost?

Single Workflow costs $690, Core Workflows $1390 and Full Integration $2690. Order volume, data direction, existing Retailed data and add-ons change the total, and the calculator shows it before you pay. Most projects land between about $690 and $3770, with delivery from 3 to 16 working days.

How long does the Retailed integration take?

Single Workflow takes 3 to 6 working days, Core Workflows 6 to 10 and Full Integration 9 to 16. The usual variables are how much history you want loaded and how quickly you approve the test results. The Sooner and Fastest options shorten the schedule when a launch date is fixed.

Does Retailed integrate with Shopify?

We found nothing.

What are the nearest matches?

Toast, Lightspeed, Retail Pro. This also answers "retailed shopify integration confirm vendor retail pos toast lightspeed retail pro inventory counts price levels customers edits".

What does Toast sync?

Inventory counts only. Queries such as "shopify to retailed sync" point to this service.

Do Shopify edits sync back to Lightspeed?

Not for existing integrations. If you came here from "connect shopify and retailed", you are in the right place.

What do you need?

The vendor's site. This also answers "retailed shopify zapier".

What does it cost?

Fixed price from $690 plus tool fees. Another way to phrase it: "retailed shopify make.com"; the same build answers that too.

Can you scope it?

Yes. The same job is behind "retailed shopify n8n".
