If the store is live, send us its address and approve our request. Ownership stays with you, our role is limited, and removal takes one click.
Starting from nothing? We build first
No store yet? We build it in our Partner account, connect ShipBob there and transfer the whole store to you, so you choose a plan only at the end.
Or share a staff login
If it is simpler, a staff login will do. We prefer the collaborator route because it is revocable in one click and no password changes hands.
Your ShipBob access
You can create the account and invite us, or we can create it with your email. In both cases you hold the owner role, and we connect using an API key or a connected store.

A decision-maker
