Done-for-you Salesmate and Shopify connection

Shopify Salesmate Integration, Connected, Tested and Documented

A Shopify Salesmate integration puts customers and purchases into your CRM without work. Salesmate's native integration adds new Shopify customers as Contacts and shows their purchases as Deals, with customer and order mapping and product sync. Zoho Flow and Zapier cover custom logic. Sync direction and historical orders were not confirmed, so we test both. From $390.

  • Native integration connected and mapped
  • Orders turned into Deals with the right pipeline stages
  • Historical import handled where needed
  • Test log and a recorded handover

Who this is for

Shopify Salesmate Integration: Who It Helps Most

A CRM is valuable when purchases arrive as deals. These are the cases we build for.

You are a good fit if
  • You sell on Shopify today or soon
  • You will own the Salesmate account
  • You prefer a quote to an hourly meter
  • You can approve a test within a few days
  • Sales teams using Salesmate

New Shopify customers become Contacts automatically.

  • Teams tracking revenue

Purchases show up as Deals with value.

  • Teams with product catalogues

Product sync is part of the configuration flow.

  • Teams with past orders

Historical coverage was not confirmed, so we test and backfill.

  • Teams wanting custom triggers

Zoho Flow creates a deal on new orders for flows beyond the native sync.

  • Teams with duplicates

    Contacts are matched on email.

Problems solved

Shopify Salesmate Integration: Six Faults We Fix First

CRM syncs fail on mapping and history. These are the six faults we fix.

The problem

Deals in the wrong pipeline

The outcome

Orders land unsorted. We map stages.

The problem

Duplicate contacts

The outcome

Repeat buyers duplicate. We match.

The problem

No history

The outcome

Past orders are missing. We backfill.

The problem

Wrong deal value

The outcome

Tax or shipping skews. We map net.

The problem

One-way surprise

The outcome

Edits do not flow back. We test direction.

The problem

No handover

The outcome

Mapping is unwritten. We document it.

What Happens When a customer signs up: The Salesmate Flow

An integration is best judged when you can see it. The picture shows the pieces we build for Salesmate: the records on each side, the status of every link and the log a person can read.

Six Stages From Brief to Live Salesmate Sync

We follow the same six steps on every build, which is why the price can be fixed.

  1. 1

    Brief and scope

We start with questions: what you sell, how Salesmate fits your day and which events matter. Reading through your orders and contacts shows where the flow begins and what it must never touch.

  2. 2

    Access and connection

You approve narrow access to Shopify and Salesmate, using an OAuth sign-in or an API key. We confirm the connection with a live read before building on it.

  3. 3

    Map and rule

Together we map email, deal value, pipeline stage and owner, decide which system wins each clash and write down how blanks behave.

  4. 4

    Build in a copy

The flow is built against test data, never your live records. You see the plan and, where useful, a recorded run.

  5. 5

    Test on real cases

We test a first-time buyer, a repeat buyer and a refunded order, plus refunds and edits, then compare the results with what Shopify shows.

  6. 6

    Go live and hand over

On your approval the flow is switched on and monitored through its first runs, and you receive notes, a diagram and a quick video tour.

How We Protect Your Orders and Customer Data

None of these costs extra. They are simply how we work.

Counts compared, not assumed

Every load ends with a count against the source, which catches gaps and doubles quickly.

Secrets kept in a vault

Keys and tokens live in a secure vault, not in notes, spreadsheets or chat.

Nothing sent without approval

Every customer-facing message is reviewed with you first, then switched on.

Plain scope, two revision rounds

The price is visible before you pay, and in-scope changes get two structured rounds, so small tweaks never turn into hourly bills.

A written definition of done

We call it complete when a first-time buyer, a repeat buyer and a refunded order work as agreed and the log proves it.

Narrow access, in your name

We ask for the least access that works, through an OAuth sign-in or an API key, and every account stays under your ownership.

  • Email, deal value and pipeline stage matched across both tools
  • Every write protected from duplicates

Projects beyond these packages, such as custom objects, heavy history loads, multi-store designs or a custom API build, are scoped and quoted at a fixed price after a short call.

How busy is the store, in orders per month?Required

High volume calls for batching and a peak-day plan.

Should data move one way or both ways?Required

Two-way sync adds rules for fields both sides can edit.

Are there existing records in Salesmate to deal with?Required

Existing records must be matched before the first sync.

How soon do you need it live?Required

Standard follows the schedule your other choices set. Pay to move up the queue and go live sooner.

Each one begins switched off. Turn on what you need, watch the total, switch it back off.

Why Store Design Expert

What You Get From Us That a Template Does Not

Templates cover the happy path. We cover the rest, and we put the result in writing.

Tested on your real cases

Your real scenarios are the test plan: a first-time buyer, a repeat buyer and a refunded order.

We live inside Shopify

We work with Shopify orders, refunds, edits and metafields daily. That depth is separate from knowing Salesmate's interface.

4.9+ from verified clients

You can read verified client reviews on this page before paying, so past results are visible.

A price you can plan around

The calculator shows the price and extra days for every package and option. Salesmate bills its own plan fees, so check its current pricing page.

A direct line to the builder

Ask the person who built it. Questions about triggers or fields get a direct reply.

Notes a colleague can follow

We document what moves where and which settings we picked, so the next developer starts informed.

What we need to get started

What to Prepare Before We Start Your Salesmate Integration

We need a way into your store, a Salesmate account and a short brief. Pick the access route that suits you.

Approve a collaborator request

Already trading? Share the store address and accept our collaborator request. You remain the owner, we see only what the role allows, and you can remove us whenever you like.

Starting from nothing? We build first

We can assemble the store in our own Shopify Partner account, connect Salesmate there, then hand the whole store over by ownership transfer. You pick a Shopify plan only at the end.

Or share a staff login

A staff account is an option. The collaborator route is still better, as it can be cancelled instantly and involves no shared password.

Your Salesmate access

You can create the account and invite us, or we can create it with your email. In both cases you hold the owner role, and we connect using an OAuth sign-in or an API key.

Sample records

Two or three representative records from each side are enough. They show us the true shape of your data.

A decision-maker

Tell us who approves the plan and the test, and which rule should win when Salesmate and Shopify disagree.

Your Shopify owner password and card details never reach us. Changes are made in a copy, and we note every setting we touch.

FAQ

Questions About Salesmate and Shopify Integration

Answers on cost, timing, access, data and what to do when the connection misbehaves.

How much does Shopify Salesmate integration cost?

Single Workflow costs $390, Core Workflows $790 and Full Integration $1490. Order volume, data direction, existing Salesmate data and add-ons change the total, and the calculator shows it before you pay. Most projects land between about $390 and $2090, with delivery from 3 to 14 working days.

How long does the Salesmate integration take?

Single Workflow takes 3 to 5 working days, Core Workflows 5 to 9 and Full Integration 8 to 14. The usual variables are how much history you want loaded and how quickly you approve the test results. The Sooner and Fastest options shorten the schedule when a launch date is fixed.

Does Salesmate integrate with Shopify?

Yes, with a native integration.

What does it create?

Contacts for customers and Deals for purchases. Searches like "salesmate deals contacts shopify" describe the same work.

Does it sync products?

Product sync is part of the configuration flow. The same job is behind "shopify to salesmate sync".

Is it two-way?

We did not confirm it. You may also see it searched as "connect shopify and salesmate"; the work is the same.

Are past orders included?

We did not confirm it, so we backfill. This also answers "salesmate shopify zapier".

Can Zoho Flow add logic?

Yes, it creates a deal for each new order. The same job is behind "salesmate shopify make.com".

Can you set it up?

Yes. The same job is behind "salesmate shopify n8n".
