Shopify Persio Integration, That Survives Real Orders

A Shopify Persio integration has no native connector in our research. Persio consolidates customer data into one platform and qualifies leads, and n8n reaches it through an authenticated HTTP node, listing Shopify only as related. Production links should use OAuth 2.0 so users authenticate with their own credentials. We build, test and hand over, from $390.

  • Shopify customers and orders pulled into one profile
  • Leads qualified from store behaviour
  • OAuth used for production access
  • Test log and a recorded handover

Who this is for

Six Situations Where Shopify Persio Integration Pays Off

Stores with customer data scattered across tools want one profile and lead scoring. These are the cases we build for.

You are a good fit if
  • Shopify is your store platform
  • You can give us limited access to Persio
  • You want a clear scope and price
  • Someone can confirm the test results
  • Stores unifying customer data

    Persio consolidates profiles.

  • Teams qualifying leads

    Leads are scored automatically.

  • Teams on n8n

    HTTP nodes reach Persio.

  • Teams on OAuth

    Users authenticate themselves.

  • Teams adding orders

    Order data enriches profiles.

  • Teams expecting an app

    No Shopify listing was found.

Problems solved

Shopify Persio Integration: Six Faults We Fix First

Profile-unification links fail on matching and permissions. These are the six faults we fix.

The problem

Profiles split

The outcome

Customers look new. We match on email.

The problem

Shared credentials

The outcome

Risk rises. We use OAuth.

The problem

Scores not trusted

The outcome

Reps ignore them. We explain the rules.

The problem

Duplicate leads

The outcome

Reps call twice. We dedupe.

The problem

Native connector assumed

The outcome

Nothing syncs. We confirm the route.

The problem

No handover

The outcome

Setup is unwritten, so the next change starts from guesswork. We write down the triggers, fields and tests.

The Persio Integration Checklist, Group by Group

Deliverables fall into six groups. The package table later on this page shows how much of each group a given price covers, so the difference between tiers is easy to judge.

Connection

  • Who-can-do-what review
  • Shopify access limited to what the flow needs
  • Live read confirmed before any build
  • Secure Persio connection via an API key or a connected account

Triggers

  • Flow starts when a competitor price changes
  • Every trigger proven separately
  • Trigger built for when a call is recorded
  • Flow starts when a product is created

Mapping

  • Custom fields added to the map
  • Input lined up across systems
  • Formats agreed for output and status
  • Field map written into the notes

Safety

  • Every write keyed to the Shopify id
  • Opt-outs travel with the data
  • Throttling within limits
  • Silent failures found by a daily check

Testing

  • Refund and edit scenarios covered
  • Scenario tested: a changed page
  • Scenario tested: a new product
  • Tests recorded in a log

Handover

  • Diagram of what moves where
  • Screen-recorded tour of the flow
  • Ownership with you
  • Settings documented in plain English

You approve the plan and the test. We do the rest and leave you with the notes.

Process and timeline

Six Stages From Brief to Live Persio Sync

We follow the same six steps on every build, which is why the price can be fixed.

  1. 1

    Brief and scope

We ask what you sell, how Persio is used and which events matter. A short review of your orders and runs shows where the flow should start and what it must never do.

  2. 2

    Access and connection

You grant limited access to Shopify and Persio through an API key or a connected account. Before building, we read live data to prove both connections.

  3. 3

    Map and rule

Together we map input, output, status and cost, decide which system wins each clash and write down how blanks behave.

  4. 4

    Build in a copy

We build against test data, not your live records, and show you the plan and a recorded run where it helps.

  5. 5

    Test on real cases

We run a new product, a changed page and an empty result, then refunds and edits, and verify each outcome against what the store shows.

  6. 6

    Go live and hand over

After your approval we turn the flow on, follow the first live runs, then hand over notes, a diagram and a short recorded tour.

How We Protect Your Orders and Customer Data

Careful beats fast when personal data is involved. These are the habits behind every build.

Counts compared, not assumed

We check totals against the source after each load, so mismatches surface straight away.

A written definition of done

We call it complete when a new product, a changed page and an empty result work as agreed and the log proves it.

Failures raise a flag

When a run fails, a named person is told which order and why. Silence is never taken as success.

Narrow access, in your name

Access is as narrow as possible, granted through an API key or a connected account, and every account remains yours.

Plain scope, two revision rounds

You know the cost up front. Two revision rounds cover changes within scope, which keeps tweaks from becoming extra invoices.

Nothing sent without approval

No message to a customer goes live until you have read and approved it.

One flow live between Shopify and Persio: start the task with the product data, mapped and tested.

  • Persio linked with an API key or a connected account
  • Trigger for the event: a product is created
  • Field map covering input, output and status
  • A unique key on every write
  • Tested with a new product and a changed page
  • Written test log and video handover

The core set: Persio will start the task with the product data; write the new value into the sheet; store the transcript and its summary, protected by filters and retries.

  • Everything in Single Workflow
  • Events handled: a product is created; a competitor price changes; a call is recorded
  • Cost and custom fields added to the map
  • Rules by tag, country and order value
  • Retries and failure alerts
  • Test on a new product, a changed page and an empty result

Everything in the core package plus two-way sync, a history load and two weeks of monitoring.

  • Everything in Core Workflows
  • Per-field conflict rules for two-way updates
  • A one-off catch-up of earlier runs
  • Fourteen days of monitoring after launch
  • Review of access and roles
  • A runbook your team can follow

Custom objects, unusual authentication, several Shopify stores feeding one Persio account, high-volume stores above 10,000 orders a month, and builds that need your own servers are quoted separately at a fixed price.

Roughly how many orders do you take each month?Required

High volume calls for batching and a peak-day plan.

In which direction should the data travel?Required

Syncing both ways means a conflict rule for each shared field.

Is there data already inside Persio?Required

Records already there must be matched first.

How soon do you need it live?Required

Standard follows the schedule your other choices set. Pay to move up the queue and go live sooner.

Optional extrasOptional

Each one begins switched off. Turn on what you need, watch the total, switch it back off.

Why Store Design Expert

What You Get From Us That a Template Does Not

Most of this job is clicking, and you could do it. People hire us because the unglamorous parts, ids, timing and edge cases, decide whether the connection helps or hurts.

A direct line to the builder

You talk to the person working on your flow, and questions about a trigger or field get a plain answer.

4.9+ from verified clients

Every review on this page is from a verified Store Design Expert client, which lets you see how projects went first.

Experience since 2015

We have launched more than 450 Shopify stores since 2015 and met most of the quirks that trip up integrations.

Notes a colleague can follow

We document what moves where and which settings we picked, so the next developer starts informed.

A price you can plan around

You see the cost and extra days for each choice in the calculator. Any Persio subscription is billed by Persio, so check what it charges today.

Tested on your real cases

We check against your own cases, like a new product, a changed page and an empty result.

What we need to get started

Getting Started: What We Ask For

The list is short. Most owners have everything ready in a day.

Approve a collaborator request

Already selling? Send the store address and accept the request we raise. You stay the owner, we see only what the role permits, and you can remove us at any time.

Starting from nothing? We build first

We can start in our own Partner account, set up the store and the Persio link, then transfer ownership to you. A Shopify plan is chosen at the end.

Or share a staff login

A staff login works if that is easier. We still recommend the collaborator route, since it can be revoked in one click and leaves no password in circulation.

Your Persio access

Either create the Persio account yourself and add us, or we open it with your email. You remain the owner, and we work through an API key or a connected account.

Sample records

Send two or three typical records from each side, or tell us where to find them. Real examples show us how your data is actually shaped.

A decision-maker

Who signs off the plan and the test? And when Persio and Shopify disagree, which one is right? Those two answers are all we need.

We never need your owner password or payment details. Access is limited, logged and removable at any time.

FAQ

Questions About Persio and Shopify Integration

Straight answers on price, scope, timing and what we need from you.

How much does Shopify Persio integration cost?

Single Workflow costs $390, Core Workflows $790 and Full Integration $1490. Order volume, data direction, existing Persio data and add-ons change the total, and the calculator shows it before you pay. Most projects land between about $390 and $2090, with delivery from 3 to 14 working days.

How long does the Persio integration take?

Single Workflow takes 3 to 5 working days, Core Workflows 5 to 9 and Full Integration 8 to 14. The usual variables are how much history you want loaded and how quickly you approve the test results. The Sooner and Fastest options shorten the schedule when a launch date is fixed.

Does Persio integrate with Shopify?

Not natively.

What does Persio do?

Unifies customer data. Searches like "persio shopify customer data platform lead qualification n8n http request oauth celigo prismatic custom integration profiles" describe the same work.

What does n8n offer?

An HTTP route. Another way to phrase it: "shopify to persio sync"; the work is the same.

Should OAuth be used?

For production. If you came here from "connect shopify and persio", this is the page for it.

What do you check first?

Persio's help centre. This also answers "persio shopify zapier".

What does it cost?

Fixed price from $390 plus tool fees. If you typed "persio shopify make.com", the answer is the same.

Can you build it?

Yes. The same job is behind "persio shopify n8n".
