A careful SuiteDash and Shopify build

Shopify SuiteDash Integration, Priced Up Front, Built With Care

A Shopify SuiteDash integration has no native connector in our research. Zapier, Pipedream, Integrately and Pabbly Connect create SuiteDash contacts, companies or tasks from Shopify orders and customers, and Pipedream works both ways. n8n uses SuiteDash's API. Several listings are years old and Integrately lists a legacy version. We build, test and hand over, from $390.

Our track record

Over 450 Stores Built Since 2015. Here Is What That Means for Your SuiteDash Link.

A decade spent in hundreds of Shopify stores shows in small decisions: which id to use as the key, when to retry, which side wins a conflict. Those decisions keep a project or task manager integration steady and dependable.

Who this is for

Who Hires Us for Shopify SuiteDash Integration

Service businesses using a client portal want orders to open an account. These are the cases we build for.

You are a good fit if
  • Your orders come through Shopify
  • SuiteDash is, or will be, in your toolset
  • You would rather pay once than by the hour
  • You can review a test run with us
  • Service businesses

A new order can create a SuiteDash contact.

  • B2B sellers

A new order can create a SuiteDash company.

  • Teams assigning work

A task can follow a new customer.

  • Teams syncing both ways

Pipedream creates Shopify tags when SuiteDash records are created.

  • Teams using n8n

SuiteDash's API is called with an HTTP node.

  • Teams on legacy connectors

    Integrately lists a Shopify-legacy integration.

Problems solved

Shopify SuiteDash Integration: Six Faults We Fix First

Portal syncs fail on duplicates and roles. These are the six faults we fix.

The problem

Duplicate contacts

The outcome

Buyers repeat. We find before creating.

The problem

Portal access wrong

The outcome

Buyers see other clients' files. We set roles.

The problem

Tasks not created

The outcome

Work is missed. We map the trigger.

The problem

Loops

The outcome

Edits bounce. We set direction.

The problem

Old page followed

The outcome

A step has changed. We test live.

The problem

No handover

The outcome

Setup is unwritten, so the next change starts from guesswork. We write down the triggers, fields and tests.

How We Wire SuiteDash to Your Store, Step by Step

Think of the build as a short chain: event, check, write, log. Each link is tested on its own and again as a whole, with real orders, before we ask you to approve anything.

Six Stages From Brief to Live SuiteDash Sync

A fixed order of work keeps the project predictable. You know what happens next at every point.

  1. 1

    Brief and scope

We start with questions: what you sell, how SuiteDash fits your day and which events matter. Reading through your orders and tasks shows where the flow begins and what it must never touch.

  2. 2

    Access and connection

You grant limited access to Shopify and SuiteDash through an OAuth sign-in with access to one workspace. Before building, we read live data to prove both connections.

  3. 3

    Map and rule

Order number, due date, assignee and notes are matched across both tools, and we record who wins each conflict and how blanks are treated.

  4. 4

    Build in a copy

Nothing is built on live records. The flow runs on test data first, and you see the plan, plus a recording if useful.

  5. 5

    Test on real cases

Cases tested: a custom order, a refund request and a rush shipment, plus refunds and edits. Every result is compared with Shopify's own figures.

  6. 6

    Go live and hand over

After your approval we turn the flow on, follow the first live runs, then hand over notes, a diagram and a short recorded tour.

What Keeps Your Store and SuiteDash Data Safe

None of these costs extra. They are simply how we work.

Narrow access, in your name

We ask for the least access that works, through an OAuth sign-in with access to one workspace, and every account stays under your ownership.

Plain scope, two revision rounds

You know the cost up front. Two revision rounds cover changes within scope, which keeps tweaks from becoming extra invoices.

Counts compared, not assumed

We check totals against the source after each load, so mismatches surface straight away.

Nothing sent without approval

No message to a customer goes live until you have read and approved it.

Build in a copy, never live

We never build on live data: the flow is tested on test records and your real orders and tasks wait for your approval.

A written definition of done

A flow is finished when it handles a custom order, a refund request and a rush shipment correctly and the results are logged.

Choose your packageRequired

Each package covers more of SuiteDash. Every option below shows its own price and any extra days, so nothing is sprung on you after checkout.

A single, solid flow: SuiteDash will create a task with the order details, with mapped fields and a test.

  • Secure SuiteDash connection via an OAuth sign-in with access to one workspace
  • One trigger built: when an order needs custom work
  • Order number, due date and assignee mapped
  • Every write protected from duplicates
  • Proven on a custom order and a refund request
  • Test log and recorded handover

The core set: SuiteDash will create a task with the order details; move the card to the next column; open a review task for the right person, protected by filters and retries.

  • Everything in Single Workflow
  • A trigger for each: an order needs custom work, an order is fulfilled, a refund is requested
  • Notes and custom fields added to the map
  • Filtering on tags, countries and totals
  • Failed runs retried, then reported
  • Tested with a custom order, a refund request and a rush shipment

Everything in the core package plus two-way sync, a history load and two weeks of monitoring.

  • Everything in Core Workflows
  • Two-way updates with per-field winners
  • One-off history load of past tasks
  • A fortnight of run checks after launch
  • Roles and permissions reviewed
  • Team runbook in plain English

If your SuiteDash setup uses custom code, a private API, an on-premise system or more than one store, send us a short brief and we will quote it as a fixed-price project.

How many orders pass through the store in a typical month?Required

High volume calls for batching and a peak-day plan.

Which way should data flow?Required

Two-way sync needs conflict rules for every shared field.

Is your SuiteDash account empty or full of data?Required

We match what exists before anything new is written.

How soon do you need it live?Required

Standard follows the schedule your other choices set. Pay to move up the queue and go live sooner.

Optional extrasOptional

Each one begins switched off. Turn on what you need, watch the total, switch it back off.

Why Store Design Expert

What You Get From Us That a Template Does Not

Most of this job is clicking, and you could do it. People hire us because the unglamorous parts, ids, timing and edge cases, decide whether the connection helps or hurts.

Tested on your real cases

Your real scenarios are the test plan: a custom order, a refund request and a rush shipment.

We live inside Shopify

We work with Shopify orders, refunds, edits and metafields daily. That depth is separate from knowing SuiteDash's interface.

4.9+ from verified clients

The reviews here come from verified clients of Store Design Expert, so you can judge past projects before you pay.

A direct line to the builder

Ask the person who built it. Questions about triggers or fields get a direct reply.

Experience since 2015

Over 450 Shopify stores since 2015 mean we have seen most of the odd cases that break integrations.

Safety designed in

Retries, alerts, unique keys and limited access come as standard in every build.

What we need to get started

What We Need From You to Begin

Three things get the work moving: safe access, a few answers and a decision-maker. Here is the detail.

Approve a collaborator request

Selling already? Send the address and accept a collaborator request. You keep ownership, we get a limited role, and you can revoke it at any moment.

Starting from nothing? We build first

We can assemble the store in our own Shopify Partner account, connect SuiteDash there, then hand the whole store over by ownership transfer. You pick a Shopify plan only at the end.

Or share a staff login

Sharing a staff login is possible. The collaborator route is safer, though: one click removes it and no password is passed around.

Your SuiteDash access

Set up the account and invite us, or have us create it under your email. You stay the owner either way, and access runs through an OAuth sign-in with access to one workspace.

Sample records

Two or three representative records from each side are enough. They show us the true shape of your data.

A decision-maker

Who signs off the plan and the test? And when SuiteDash and Shopify disagree, which one is right? Those two answers are all we need.

Your Shopify owner password and card details never reach us. Changes are made in a copy, and we note every setting we touch.

FAQ

SuiteDash Integration FAQs

Answers on cost, timing, access, data and what to do when the connection misbehaves.

How much does Shopify SuiteDash integration cost?

Single Workflow costs $390, Core Workflows $790 and Full Integration $1490. Order volume, data direction, existing SuiteDash data and add-ons change the total, and the calculator shows it before you pay. Most projects land between about $390 and $2090, with delivery from 3 to 14 working days.

How long does the SuiteDash integration take?

Single Workflow takes 3 to 5 working days, Core Workflows 5 to 9 and Full Integration 8 to 14. The usual variables are how much history you want loaded and how quickly you approve the test results. The Sooner and Fastest options shorten the schedule when a launch date is fixed.

Does SuiteDash have a Shopify app?

We found none.

Which tools connect them?

Zapier, Pipedream, Integrately, Pabbly and n8n. Another way to phrase it: "suitedash portal contacts companies shopify zapier pipedream pabbly"; the same build answers that too.

What can an order create?

A contact, company or task. Queries such as "shopify to suitedash sync" point to this service.

Is it two-way?

Pipedream works both ways. Related searches such as "connect shopify and suitedash", the answer is the same.

Are pages current?

Several are years old. Queries such as "suitedash shopify zapier" describe the same work.

What does it cost?

Fixed price from $390 plus tool fees. If you came here from "suitedash shopify make.com", the answer is the same.

Can you build it?

Yes. If you came here from "suitedash shopify n8n", you are in the right place.
