Fixed-price Rebuy integration

Shopify Rebuy App, Done for You at a Fixed Price

A Shopify Rebuy app setup adds personalised recommendations in the cart, at checkout and after purchase. Rebuy's pricing starts from $25 a month by monthly orders with a 14-day trial, billed per package with bundle discounts, and sources mention per-order charges. One source says the App Store listing is unavailable. Smart Cart rules take real configuration. We set up and test, from $390.

  • Smart Cart rules and recommendation logic
  • Post-purchase upsell and downsell flow enabled as provider
  • Order-volume plan fit and cost forecast

Our track record

450+ Shopify Stores Launched Since 2015. Your Rebuy Connection Gets the Same Care.

Any Rebuy and Shopify connection earns its keep only if the data is right on a normal busy day. Through ten years of building stores, we have learned where orders, customers and products most often break an integration, and we build with it in mind.

Who this is for

Six Situations Where Shopify Rebuy App Pays Off

Upsell engines pay back only if rules and costs are tuned. These are the cases we build for.

You are a good fit if
  • You sell on Shopify today or soon
  • You will own the Rebuy account
  • You prefer a quote to an hourly meter
  • You can approve a test within a few days
  • Stores growing AOV

Smart Cart recommends products in the cart.

  • Stores with post-purchase offers

Upsell and downsell paths run after checkout.

  • Owners forecasting cost

Packages scale with orders; some sources add per-order charges.

  • Teams installing

One source says the App Store listing is not available.

  • Teams bundling

Bundling saves 10%, 20% or 30% off packages.

  • Teams measuring

Offers are tested against revenue per visitor.

How Shopify Rebuy App Moves Data Between Shopify and Rebuy

Think of the build as a short chain: event, check, write, log. Each link is tested on its own and again as a whole, with real orders, before we ask you to approve anything.

How We Build Your Rebuy Integration, Step by Step

A fixed order of work keeps the project predictable. You know what happens next at every point.

  1. 1

    Brief and scope

The brief covers what you sell, how Rebuy is used and which events should trigger work. We review some orders and orders to decide the starting point and the limits.

  2. 2

    Access and connection

You grant limited access to Shopify and Rebuy through the app's own permissions screen. Before building, we read live data to prove both connections.

  3. 3

    Map and rule

We map order tags, customer tags, metafields and app data, then agree which side wins each conflict and what blanks should do, in writing.

  4. 4

    Build in a copy

A copy comes first: test data only, a visible plan and, where helpful, a recorded run.

  5. 5

    Test on real cases

Cases tested: a first-time buyer, a repeat buyer and a cart with one item, plus refunds and edits. Every result is compared with Shopify's own figures.

  6. 6

    Go live and hand over

When you say go, the flow goes live. We watch the first runs and leave you notes, a diagram and a recorded walkthrough.

Inside every project

Six Safeguards Built Into Every Rebuy Integration

Integrations move customer data between systems, so mistakes are costly. These practices come with every package and explain why a fixed fee can still be a careful one.

Plain scope, two revision rounds

The price is visible before you pay, and in-scope changes get two structured rounds, so small tweaks never turn into hourly bills.

Narrow access, in your name

We request only the permissions the flow needs, via the app's own permissions screen, and you own every account.

Nothing sent without approval

No message to a customer goes live until you have read and approved it.

A written definition of done

A flow is finished when it handles a first-time buyer, a repeat buyer and a cart with one item correctly and the results are logged.

Counts compared, not assumed

After any load we compare counts with the source, so missing or doubled records are caught early.

Build in a copy, never live

We never build on live data: the flow is tested on test records and your real orders and orders wait for your approval.

One flow live between Shopify and Rebuy: tag the customer by what they bought, mapped and tested.

  • Rebuy connected using the app's own permissions screen

  • Order tags, customer tags and metafields matched across both tools
  • Retries can never create a second record
  • Checks on a first-time buyer and a repeat buyer

  • Everything in Single Workflow
  • Events handled: an order is paid; a shopper views a cart; a product is added
  • App data plus custom fields matched
  • Tag, country and value filters
  • Automatic retries with failure alerts
  • Tested with a first-time buyer, a repeat buyer and a cart with one item

  • One-off history load of past orders
  • A fortnight of run checks after launch
  • Roles and permissions reviewed

Custom objects, unusual authentication, several Shopify stores feeding one Rebuy account, stores above 10,000 orders a month, and builds that need your own servers are quoted separately at a fixed price.

What is your monthly order volume?Required

More orders means more queuing, throttling and testing.

Which way should data flow?Required

Fields that both systems change need a written winner.

What is already stored in Rebuy?Required

We match what exists before anything new is written.

How soon do you need it live?Required

Standard follows the schedule your other choices set. Pay to move up the queue and go live sooner.

Each one begins switched off. Turn on what you need, watch the total, switch it back off.

Why Store Design Expert

What You Get From Us That a Template Does Not

You are paying for judgement and for a result you can inspect, not for hours.

Notes a colleague can follow

Handover notes record the data paths and the choices behind each setting, ready for whoever works on it next.

4.9+ from verified clients

You can read verified client reviews on this page before paying, so past results are visible.

Tested on your real cases

We test the cases your store actually has, such as a first-time buyer, a repeat buyer and a cart with one item.

We live inside Shopify

Orders, refunds, edits and metafields are daily work for us. That is a different skill from knowing the menus of Rebuy.

A price you can plan around

You see the cost and extra days for each choice in the calculator. Any Rebuy subscription is billed by Rebuy, so check what it charges today.

Safety designed in

Every build includes retries, alerts, unique keys and narrow access; none are paid extras.

What we need to get started

Getting Started: What We Ask For

The list is short. Most owners have everything ready in a day.

Approve a collaborator request

If the store is live, send us its address and approve our request. Ownership stays with you, our role is limited, and removal takes one click.

Starting from nothing? We build first

We can start in our own Partner account, set up the store and the Rebuy link, then transfer ownership to you. A Shopify plan is chosen at the end.

Or share a staff login

Sharing a staff login is possible. The collaborator route is safer, though: one click removes it and no password is passed around.

Your Rebuy access

Either create the Rebuy account yourself and add us, or we open it with your email. You remain the owner, and we work through the app's own permissions screen.

Sample records

Tell us where typical records live, or send a handful from each system. Real examples beat assumptions.

A decision-maker

Name the person who approves the plan and the test, and tell us which system should win when Rebuy and Shopify disagree.

Your Shopify owner password and card details never reach us. Changes are made in a copy, and we note every setting we touch.

FAQ

Rebuy Integration FAQs

Everything owners ask us before booking.

How much does Shopify Rebuy app cost?

Single Workflow costs $390, Core Workflows $790 and Full Integration $1490. Order volume, data direction, existing Rebuy data and add-ons change the total, and the calculator shows it before you pay. Most projects land between about $390 and $2090, with delivery from 3 to 14 working days.

How long does the Rebuy integration take?

Single Workflow takes 3 to 5 working days, Core Workflows 5 to 9 and Full Integration 8 to 14. The usual variables are how much history you want loaded and how quickly you approve the test results. The Sooner and Fastest options shorten the schedule when a launch date is fixed.

What does Rebuy cost?

Packages from $25 a month by orders, per Rebuy.

Is there a trial?

14 days. If you typed "rebuy smart cart post-purchase shopify", you are in the right place.

Are there extra charges?

A source says per-order usage charges apply. People also search for "rebuy shopify app store"; the same build answers that too.

Is it on the App Store?

One source says the listing is not available. You may also see it searched as "rebuy shopify plugin"; the same build answers that too.

What is Smart Cart?

Rebuy's cart recommendation product. If you typed "rebuy shopify plus", this is the page for it.

Is there a partner for setup?

Shero offers paid setup. The same job is behind "rebuy shopify checkout".

Can you set it up?

Yes. The same service covers "shopify to rebuy sync".
