Shopify Priority Integration, Connected, Tested and Documented
A Shopify Priority integration runs through partner connectors: SimplyCT posts orders to Priority and syncs products and stock for versions 18.3 and up, Engini.io covers customers, price lists, invoices and receipts with a free basic module, and Commercient imports orders as sales orders and pushes stock and backorder status back. One agency says no certified app-store connector exists. We choose, set up, test and hand over, from $390.
- Connector chosen for your Priority version
- Orders, stock and prices mapped
- Invoices and receipts posted
- Test log and a recorded handover

Over 450 Stores Built Since 2015. Here Is What That Means for Your Priority Link.
Long experience with hundreds of Shopify stores pays off in small decisions: which id to key on, when to retry, which side wins a conflict. Those decisions make a project or task manager integration calm and trouble-free.

Six Kinds of Store We Build Shopify Priority Integration For
Companies on Priority ERP selling online need orders and stock to agree. These are the cases we build for.
- Shopify is your store platform
- You can give us limited access to Priority
- You want a clear scope and price
- Someone can confirm the test results
Firms on Priority ERP
Orders post as sales orders.
Teams syncing stock
Inventory and backorder status flow back.
Teams invoicing
Engini covers invoices and receipts.
Teams with price lists
Price lists sync.
Admins licensing
Engini needs a valid Priority API licence.
Teams reading claims
Sources disagree on official status.
Shopify Priority Integration: Six Faults We Fix First
ERP syncs fail on versions, licences and master data. These are the six faults we fix.
Wrong connector
It does not fit the version. We check 18.3 and up.
API licence missing
The build is blocked. We confirm it first.
Stock overwrites
Counts bounce. We set one master.
Price list mismatch
Buyers see wrong prices. We map lists.
Duplicate orders
Retries repeat. We check first.
No handover
Setup is unwritten, so the next change starts from guesswork. We write down the triggers, fields and tests.

Priority and Shopify: How the Connection Is Wired
All connections follow the same path. The store sends an event, we check it against what Priority already holds, the right record is written and the change is logged where your operations team can see it. This map shows the pieces we connect and test before handover.
Stores We Designed, Ready to Connect to Priority
Integrations sit behind the storefront, so here is the storefront we build. Picture each store below with tasks flowing into Priority.

We follow the same six steps on every build, which is why the price can be fixed.
- 1
Brief and scope
We start with questions: what you sell, how Priority fits your day and which events matter. Reading through your orders and tasks shows where the flow begins and what it must never touch.
- 2
Access and connection
You grant limited access to Shopify and Priority through an OAuth sign-in with access to one workspace. Before building, we read live data to prove both connections.
- 3
Map and rule
The map covers order number, due date, assignee and notes; we put the conflict winners and blank rules in writing.
- 4
Build in a copy
The flow is built against test data, never your live records. You see the plan and, where useful, a recorded run.
- 5
Test on real cases
The tests cover a custom order, a refund request and a rush shipment, along with refunds and edits, and we check each result against Shopify.
- 6
Go live and hand over
When you say go, the flow goes live. We watch the first runs and leave you notes, a diagram and a recorded walkthrough.
Four Ways to Connect Priority and Shopify, Compared
Cheap is not always the cheapest outcome. These rows show where the differences appear.
| What matters | Priority app or DIY | Automation platform | Freelance gig | Store Design Expert |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Fields matched deliberately | Basic defaults | Yes, if you build it | Hit and miss | Yes |
| Duplicates blocked by a unique key | Often missed | Possible with effort | Seldom | Yes |
| A named person hears about failures | No | Optional extra | Seldom | Yes |
| Edge cases checked: refunds, edits | Rarely | If you test | Varies | Yes |
| Fixed price up front | Just plan fees | Plan fees and your time | Yes | Yes |
| Notes and a recorded walkthrough | No | No | Seldom | Yes |
| Ownership stays with you | Yes | Yes | Depends | Yes |
| Support after launch | Vendor support | Platform support | Often none | Included window |
What Keeps Your Store and Priority Data Safe
None of these costs extra. They are simply how we work.
Counts compared, not assumed
Once data is loaded, we count both sides, so missing or doubled records show up early.
Build in a copy, never live
The flow is built and tested against test data. Your live orders and tasks are untouched until you approve.
Narrow access, in your name
The smallest workable access, set up through an OAuth sign-in with access to one workspace, with all accounts in your name.
Nothing sent without approval
Emails, texts and posts that reach customers are approved by you before they are enabled.
Plain scope, two revision rounds
Price first, then two structured revision rounds for anything in scope, so no tweak becomes a surprise charge.
A written definition of done
We call it complete when a custom order, a refund request and a rush shipment work as agreed and the log proves it.

Request a custom quote
Custom objects, unusual authentication, several Shopify stores feeding one Priority account, high-volume stores above 10,000 orders a month, and builds that need your own servers are quoted separately at a fixed price.

Why Owners Choose Our Shopify Priority Integration Over Doing It Alone
Most of this job is clicking, and you could do it. People hire us because the unglamorous parts, ids, timing and edge cases, decide whether the connection helps or hurts.
4.9+ from verified clients
You can read verified client reviews on this page before paying, so past results are visible.
Notes a colleague can follow
We document what moves where and which settings we picked, so the next developer starts informed.
A direct line to the builder
Ask the person who built it. Questions about triggers or fields get a direct reply.
Experience since 2015
More than 450 Shopify stores have passed through our hands, so we have met most of the quirks that interfere with integrations.
A price you can plan around
You see the cost and extra days for each choice in the calculator. Any Priority subscription is billed by Priority, so check what it charges today.
We live inside Shopify
Orders, refunds, edits and metafields are daily work for us. That is a different skill from knowing the menus of Priority.
Getting Started: What We Ask For
We need a way into your store, a Priority account and a short brief. Pick the access route that suits you.
Approve a collaborator request
Already selling? Send the store address and accept the request we raise. You stay the owner, we see only what the role permits, and you can remove us at any time.
Starting from nothing? We build first
Without a store, we build one in a Partner account with Priority connected, then transfer it to you. You pick a plan once everything works.
Or share a staff login
Sharing a staff login is possible. The collaborator route is safer, though: one click removes it and no password is passed around.
Your Priority access
Create the account yourself and invite us, or ask us to create it with your email. Either way you hold the owner role, and we use an OAuth sign-in with access to one workspace.
Sample records
Send two or three typical records from each side, or tell us where to find them. Real examples show us how your data is actually shaped.
A decision-maker
Tell us who approves the plan and the test, and which rule should win when Priority and Shopify disagree.
We never need your owner password or payment details. Access is limited, logged and removable at any time.

Shopify Priority Integration FAQs
Everything owners ask us before booking.
How much does Shopify Priority integration cost?
Single Workflow costs $390, Core Workflows $790 and Full Integration $1490. Order volume, data direction, existing Priority data and add-ons change the total, and the calculator shows it before you pay. Most projects land between about $390 and $2090, with delivery from 3 to 14 working days.
How long does the Priority integration take?
Single Workflow takes 3 to 5 working days, Core Workflows 5 to 9 and Full Integration 8 to 14. The usual variables are how much history you want loaded and how quickly you approve the test results. The Sooner and Fastest options shorten the schedule when a launch date is fixed.
Does Priority integrate with Shopify?
Via partner connectors. The same job is behind "shopify to priority sync".
Which connectors exist?
SimplyCT, Engini.io, Commercient. Searches like "priority erp shopify connector simplyct engini commercient orders inventory price lists" point to this service.
Is there a certified app?
One agency says no. If you came here from "shopify priority support", you are in the right place.
Does Engini cost?
A free basic module. You may also see it searched as "shopify priority shipping"; the same build answers that too.
What version does SimplyCT need?
18.3 and up. The same job is behind "priority shopify".
What does it cost?
Fixed price from $390 plus tool fees. If you typed "shopify location priority", you are in the right place.
Can you set it up?
Yes. Another way to phrase it: "shopify fulfillment priority"; the work is the same.
