Shopify + Nitro, set up for you

Nitro Shopify App, Set Up by Shopify Specialists

A Nitro Shopify app is not something we could confirm: Nitro lists Microsoft 365, Salesforce, SharePoint and Slack but not Shopify. The route is the Nitro Sign API, which creates signature requests, sends envelopes and retrieves signed files, included on the Enterprise plan per Nitro. We use it for wholesale and vendor agreements. We build, store signed copies and test, from $390.

  • Signature request sent when a wholesale application is approved
  • Signed files stored against the customer record
  • Status checks and reminders
  • Test log and a recorded handover

Who this is for

Who Hires Us for Nitro Shopify App

Signed paperwork should follow the order, not an inbox. These are the cases we build for.

You are a good fit if
  • You sell on Shopify today or soon
  • You will own the Nitro account
  • You prefer a quote to an hourly meter
  • You can approve a test within a few days
  • Stores with wholesale agreements

An approved application triggers a signature request.

  • Teams filing contracts

Signed files are retrieved through the API and attached to the customer.

  • Teams building on the API

Nitro Sign supports signature requests, envelopes and status checks.

  • Owners checking plans

API access is described on the Enterprise plan; availability varies.

  • Teams expecting an app

Nitro does not list Shopify among its integrations.

  • Teams with compliance needs

Nitro describes ESIGN, UETA, eIDAS and GDPR compliance.

Problems solved

Nitro Shopify App: Six Faults We Fix First

Signature workflows fail on triggers and storage. These are the six faults we fix.

The problem

Sent too early

The outcome

Unapproved buyers get contracts. We trigger on approval.

The problem

Signed copies lost

The outcome

Contracts scatter. We store by customer.

The problem

Never signed

The outcome

Deals stall. We send reminders.

The problem

Duplicate envelopes

The outcome

Retries send twice. We dedupe.

The problem

Weak API storage

The outcome

Keys leak. We secure them.

The problem

No handover

The outcome

The flow is unwritten. We document it.

Nitro and Shopify: How the Connection Is Wired

See the build as a short chain: event, check, write, log. Each link is tested on its own and again as a whole, with real orders, before we ask you to approve anything.

Six Stages From Brief to Live Nitro Sync

A fixed order of work keeps the project predictable. You know what happens next at every point.

  1. 1

    Brief and scope

First we find out what you sell, how your team uses Nitro and which events count. A quick look at your orders and documents tells us where to begin and what to avoid.

  2. 2

    Access and connection

You grant limited access to Shopify and Nitro through an API key or a connected account. Before building, we read live data to prove both connections.

  3. 3

    Map and rule

Together we map customer name, order lines, totals and date, decide which system wins each clash and write down how blanks behave.

  4. 4

    Build in a copy

We build against test data, not your live records, and show you the plan and a recorded run where it helps.

  5. 5

    Test on real cases

Cases tested: a contract, an edit and a signature, plus refunds and edits. Every result is compared with Shopify's own figures.

  6. 6

    Go live and hand over

After your approval we turn the flow on, follow the first live runs, then hand over notes, a diagram and a short recorded tour.

Six Safeguards Built Into Every Nitro Integration

Careful beats fast when personal data is involved. These are the habits behind every build.

Failures raise a flag

Failed runs notify a named person with the order and the cause, so silence cannot hide a problem.

Plain scope, two revision rounds

You see the price before paying. Changes within scope go through two structured rounds, so a tweak never becomes an hourly invoice.

A written definition of done

A flow is finished when it handles a contract, an edit and a signature correctly and the results are logged.

Counts compared, not assumed

Once data is loaded, we count both sides, so missing or doubled records show up early.

Nothing sent without approval

No message to a customer goes live until you have read and approved it.

Narrow access, in your name

The smallest workable access, set up through an API key or a connected account, with all accounts in your name.

A single, solid flow: Nitro will prepare the PDF, with mapped fields and a test.

  • Nitro connected using an API key or a connected account
  • One trigger built: when a contract is drafted
  • Field map covering customer name, order lines and totals
  • Duplicate protection on every write
  • Proven on a contract and an edit
  • A log of the tests and a short recorded tour

The core set: Nitro will prepare the PDF; apply the edits; send it for signature, protected by filters and retries.

  • Everything in Single Workflow
  • A trigger for each: a contract is drafted, a document needs editing, a document needs signing
  • Date and custom fields added to the map
  • Rules by tag, country and order value
  • Retries and failure alerts
  • Checks on a contract, an edit and a signature

Two-way sync, history load and a fortnight of monitoring, with a written runbook for your team.

  • Everything in Core Workflows
  • Two-way sync, each field with its own rule
  • One-off history load of past documents
  • Fourteen days of monitoring after launch
  • Access and roles review
  • Written runbook for your team

If your Nitro setup relies on custom code, a private API, an on-premise system or more than one store, tell us about it and we will quote it as a fixed-price project.

How many orders does the store process a month?Required

Busier stores need extra queuing and a longer test.

In which direction should the data travel?Required

Both directions need agreed winners for every field.

What is already stored in Nitro?Required

Existing records must be matched before the first sync.

How soon do you need it live?Required

Standard follows the schedule your other choices set. Pay to move up the queue and go live sooner.

Optional extrasOptional

Each one begins switched off. Turn on what you need, watch the total, switch it back off.

What we need to get started

What We Need From You to Begin

Three things get the work moving: safe access, a few answers and a decision-maker. Here is the detail.

Approve a collaborator request

Selling already? Send the address and accept a collaborator request. You keep ownership, we get a limited role, and you can revoke it at any moment.

Starting from nothing? We build first

Without a store, we build one in a Partner account with Nitro connected, then transfer it to you. You pick a plan once everything works.

Or share a staff login

A staff account is an option. The collaborator route is still better, as it can be cancelled instantly and involves no shared password.

Your Nitro access

Create the account yourself and invite us, or ask us to create it with your email. Either way you hold the owner role, and we use an API key or a connected account.

Sample records

Two or three representative records from each side are enough. They show us the true shape of your data.

A decision-maker

Who signs off the plan and the test? And when Nitro and Shopify disagree, which one is right? Those two answers are all we need.

We never need your owner password or payment details. Access is limited, logged and removable at any time.

FAQ

Nitro Integration FAQs

Answers on cost, timing, access, data and what to do when the connection misbehaves.

How much does Nitro Shopify app cost?

Single Workflow costs $390, Core Workflows $790 and Full Integration $1490. Order volume, data direction, existing Nitro data and add-ons change the total, and the calculator shows it before you pay. Most projects land between about $390 and $2090, with delivery from 3 to 14 working days.

How long does the Nitro integration take?

Single Workflow takes 3 to 5 working days, Core Workflows 5 to 9 and Full Integration 8 to 14. The usual variables are how much history you want loaded and how quickly you approve the test results. The Sooner and Fastest options shorten the schedule when a launch date is fixed.

Is there a Nitro Shopify app?

We found none. If you typed "shopify to nitro sync", you are in the right place.

What does the Nitro Sign API do?

Creates requests, sends envelopes and retrieves signed files. Another way to phrase it: "nitro sign api wholesale shopify"; the work is the same.

Which plan includes the API?

The Enterprise plan, per Nitro. If you typed "shopify nitro theme", the answer is the same.

Is it legally binding?

Nitro describes ESIGN, UETA, eIDAS and GDPR compliance. Queries such as "nitro theme shopify" describe the same work.

Can signed files return to Shopify?

Yes, stored against the customer. Related searches such as "nitro for shopify", this is the page for it.

Does Nitro list Shopify?

Not on its integrations page. The same job is behind "nitro shopify theme price".

Can you build it?

Yes. The same service covers "nitro shopify theme documentation".
