A careful KlikNGo and Shopify build

Shopify KlikNGo Integration, Set Up Once and Checked Properly

A Shopify KlikNGo integration is stated on public listings but not documented: SourceForge says the loyalty platform works with Shopify while listing no integrations, a comparison page names Shopify, and a support page describes Zapier and Make with Mailchimp. No setup guide, App Store listing or data scope was found. We confirm with the vendor, then build, test and hand over, from $390.

  • Data scope confirmed with the vendor
  • Customers, orders and points mapped
  • Rewards redeemable at checkout
  • Test log and a recorded handover

Who this is for

Shopify KlikNGo Integration: Who It Helps Most

Stores running loyalty want points earned on orders and rewards redeemed cleanly. These are the cases we build for.

You are a good fit if
  • Your store runs on Shopify
  • You have, or will open, a KlikNGo account
  • You want a fixed price and a written scope
  • You can share the access we ask for
  • Stores running loyalty

    Points follow purchases.

  • Teams offering rewards

    Rewards redeem at checkout.

  • Teams matching members

    Customers map to loyalty accounts.

  • Teams on Zapier or Make

    Both are listed by support.

  • Teams comparing programmes

    Smile.io is a named alternative.

  • Teams reading listings

    Data scope is undocumented.

Problems solved

Shopify KlikNGo Integration: Six Faults We Fix First

Loyalty links fail on matching and abuse. These are the six faults we fix.

The problem

Members not matched

The outcome

Points go missing. We match on email.

The problem

Rewards stack with discounts

The outcome

Margin falls. We set rules.

The problem

Points awarded twice

The outcome

Costs rise. We dedupe orders.

The problem

Sync scope assumed

The outcome

Gaps appear. We confirm with KlikNGo.

The problem

Fraud on referrals

The outcome

Costs rise. We add checks.

The problem

No handover

The outcome

Setup is unwritten, so the next change starts from guesswork. We write down the triggers, fields and tests.

How the link works

How Shopify KlikNGo Integration Moves Data Between Shopify and KlikNGo

An integration is simplest to judge when you can see it. The picture shows the pieces we build for KlikNGo: the records on each side, the status of every link and the log a person can read.

Six Stages From Brief to Live KlikNGo Sync

A fixed order of work keeps the project predictable. You know what happens next at every point.

  1. 1

    Brief and scope

We start with questions: what you sell, how KlikNGo fits your day and which events matter. Reading through your orders and runs shows where the flow begins and what it must never touch.

  2. 2

    Access and connection

You approve narrow access to Shopify and KlikNGo, using an API key or a connected account. We confirm the connection with a live read before building on it.

  3. 3

    Map and rule

The map covers input, output, status and cost; we put the conflict winners and blank rules in writing.

  4. 4

    Build in a copy

We build against test data, not your live records, and show you the plan and a recorded run where it helps.

  5. 5

    Test on real cases

The tests cover a new product, a changed page and an empty result, along with refunds and edits, and we check each result against Shopify.

  6. 6

    Go live and hand over

After your approval we turn the flow on, follow the first live runs, then hand over notes, a diagram and a short recorded tour.

What Keeps Your Store and KlikNGo Data Safe

None of these costs extra. They are simply how we work.

Narrow access, in your name

Access is as narrow as possible, granted through an API key or a connected account, and every account remains yours.

Secrets kept in a vault

Tokens and keys are stored in a secure vault, never pasted into notes or chat.

Build in a copy, never live

Test data comes first. Live orders and runs are left alone until you sign off.

Plain scope, two revision rounds

You know the cost up front. Two revision rounds cover changes within scope, which keeps tweaks from becoming extra invoices.

Counts compared, not assumed

Every load ends with a count against the source, which catches gaps and doubles quickly.

Failures raise a flag

Failed runs notify a named person with the order and the cause, so silence cannot hide a problem.

KlikNGo connected and one flow built: start the task with the product data, with fields mapped and the result tested.

  • KlikNGo linked with an API key or a connected account
  • First trigger built: a product is created
  • Mapping for input, output and status
  • Retries can never create a second record
  • Tested with a new product and a changed page
  • Test log and recorded handover

Core flows live: KlikNGo will start the task with the product data, write the new value into the sheet and store the transcript and its summary, with filters, retries and a failure alert.

  • Everything in Single Workflow
  • A trigger for each: a product is created, a competitor price changes, a call is recorded
  • Mapping extended to cost and custom fields
  • Filters by tag, country and value
  • Failed runs retried, then reported
  • Checks on a new product, a changed page and an empty result

Two-way sync with history loaded, a fortnight of monitoring and a runbook your team can follow.

  • Everything in Core Workflows
  • Two-way updates with per-field winners
  • Past runs loaded in one pass
  • Fourteen days of monitoring after launch
  • Roles and permissions reviewed
  • Team runbook in plain English

Custom objects, unusual authentication, several Shopify stores feeding one KlikNGo account, high-volume stores above 10,000 orders a month, and builds that need your own servers are quoted separately at a fixed price.

How many orders does the store process a month?Required

More orders means more queuing, throttling and testing.

Which way should data flow?Required

Syncing both ways means a conflict rule for each shared field.

Are there existing records in KlikNGo to deal with?Required

We match what exists before anything new is written.

How soon do you need it live?Required

Standard follows the schedule your other choices set. Pay to move up the queue and go live sooner.

Optional extrasOptional

Each one begins switched off. Turn on what you need, watch the total, switch it back off.

Why Store Design Expert

What You Get From Us That a Template Does Not

Most of this job is clicking, and you could do it. People hire us because the unglamorous parts, ids, timing and edge cases, decide whether the connection helps or hurts.

Notes a colleague can follow

We document what moves where and which settings we picked, so the next developer starts informed.

We live inside Shopify

We work with Shopify orders, refunds, edits and metafields daily. That depth is separate from knowing KlikNGo's interface.

A direct line to the builder

You talk to the person working on your flow, and questions about a trigger or field get a plain answer.

Safety designed in

Retries, alerts, unique keys and narrow access are in every build, not offered as extras.

A price you can plan around

You see the cost and extra days for each choice in the calculator. Any KlikNGo subscription is billed by KlikNGo, so check what it charges today.

4.9+ from verified clients

Every review on this page is from a verified Store Design Expert client, which lets you see how projects went first.

What we need to get started

Getting Started: What We Ask For

We need a way into your store, a KlikNGo account and a short brief. Pick the access route that suits you.

Approve a collaborator request

Already trading? Share the store address and accept our collaborator request. You remain the owner, we see only what the role allows, and you can remove us whenever you like.

Starting from nothing? We build first

We can assemble the store in our own Shopify Partner account, connect KlikNGo there, then hand the whole store over by ownership transfer. You pick a Shopify plan only at the end.

Or share a staff login

A staff login works if that is easier. We still recommend the collaborator route, since it can be revoked in one click and leaves no password in circulation.

Your KlikNGo access

Either create the KlikNGo account yourself and add us, or we open it with your email. You remain the owner, and we work through an API key or a connected account.

Sample records

Send two or three typical records from each side, or tell us where to find them. Real examples show us how your data is actually shaped.

A decision-maker

We need one person to approve the plan and the test, plus a rule for what wins when KlikNGo and Shopify clash.

We never need your owner password or payment details. Access is limited, logged and removable at any time.

KlikNGo Integration FAQs

Everything owners ask us before booking.
