A careful Helpjuice and Shopify build

Shopify Helpjuice Integration, Priced Up Front, Built With Care

A Shopify Helpjuice integration has no documented native connector in our research. Capterra lists Shopify among Helpjuice's integrations and Zoho Flow offers a no-code link with order and inventory triggers, but Helpjuice's own pages did not confirm it. Many Shopify help centres on Helpjuice are other companies. We build the knowledge-base flow, test and hand over, from $390.

  • Help centre linked from the store and checkout
  • Articles surfaced in order and account pages
  • Customer questions logged for new articles
  • Test log and a recorded handover

Who this is for

Who Hires Us for Shopify Helpjuice Integration

Stores with a knowledge base want buyers to find answers before they email. These are the cases we build for.

You are a good fit if
  • Shopify is your store platform
  • You can give us limited access to Helpjuice
  • You want a clear scope and price
  • Someone can confirm the test results
  • Stores with a Helpjuice help centre

    Articles answer common questions.

  • Stores linking support

Order pages point to the right article.

  • Teams logging questions

    Unanswered queries guide new articles.

  • Teams embedding search

A search box can sit on the store.

  • Teams on Zoho Flow

    Order triggers are listed.

  • Buyers confusing results

Other companies host help centres on Helpjuice.

Mapping

  • Extra fields mapped on request
  • Status handled, including blanks
  • Customer email and order number mapped and formatted
  • A mapping table you can read

  • Test on a new ticket

Handover

  • Help with questions after go-live
  • Everything in your name

Your part is access, a brief and a decision on conflicts. Ours is the build, the test and the handover.

How the link works

How Shopify Helpjuice Integration Moves Data Between Shopify and Helpjuice

An integration is best judged when you can see it. The picture shows the pieces we build for Helpjuice: the records on each side, the status of every link and the log a person can read.

Six Stages From Brief to Live Helpjuice Sync

We follow the same six steps on every build, which is why the price can be fixed.

  1. 1

    Brief and scope

The brief covers what you sell, how Helpjuice is used and which events should trigger work. We review some orders and tickets to decide the starting point and the limits.

  2. 2

    Access and connection

We ask for the smallest access that works, via an OAuth sign-in or an API token. A live read confirms it before we build on top of it.

  3. 3

    Map and rule

The map covers ticket id, customer email, order number and status; we put the conflict winners and blank rules in writing.

  4. 4

    Build in a copy

The flow is built against test data, never your live records. You see the plan and, where useful, a recorded run.

  5. 5

    Test on real cases

The tests cover a new ticket, a repeat customer and a refund request, along with refunds and edits, and we check each result against Shopify.

  6. 6

    Go live and hand over

On your approval the flow is switched on and monitored through its first runs, and you receive notes, a diagram and a quick video tour.

How We Protect Your Orders and Customer Data

None of these costs extra. They are simply how we work.

Counts compared, not assumed

Every load ends with a count against the source, which catches gaps and doubles quickly.

Narrow access, in your name

We ask for the least access that works, through an OAuth sign-in or an API token, and every account stays under your ownership.

A written definition of done

We call it complete when a new ticket, a repeat customer and a refund request work as agreed and the log proves it.

Build in a copy, never live

We never build on live data: the flow is tested on test records and your real orders and tickets wait for your approval.

Secrets kept in a vault

A secure vault holds every key and token; none appear in notes or chat.

Plain scope, two revision rounds

Price first, then two structured revision rounds for anything in scope, so no tweak becomes a surprise charge.

Choose your packageRequired

Bigger packages add more triggers, more safety and more checks. The calculator shows the price and days for each choice.

A single, solid flow: Helpjuice will open the ticket with the order beside it, with mapped fields and a test.

  • Helpjuice authorised through an OAuth sign-in or an API token
  • First trigger built: a customer writes in
  • Ticket id, customer email and order number matched across both tools
  • Duplicate protection on every write
  • Proven on a new ticket and a repeat customer
  • A log of the tests and a short recorded tour

Three flows running: Helpjuice will open the ticket with the order beside it; show the customer's orders to the agent; and create a refund request with the reason, plus filters, retries and alerts.

  • Everything in Single Workflow
  • Events handled: a customer writes in; an order is placed; a refund is requested
  • Mapping extended to status and custom fields
  • Filters by tag, country and value
  • Automatic retries with failure alerts
  • Proven on a new ticket, a repeat customer and a refund request

The full build: two-way sync, history, monitoring for two weeks and a runbook.

  • Everything in Core Workflows
  • Per-field conflict rules for two-way updates
  • History load of previous tickets
  • Fourteen days of monitoring after launch
  • Review of access and roles
  • A runbook your team can follow

Projects beyond these packages, such as bespoke objects, heavy history loads, multi-store designs or a custom API build, are scoped and quoted at a fixed price after a short call.

How busy is the store, in orders per month?Required

Larger volumes need more careful queuing and testing.

In which direction should the data travel?Required

Both directions need agreed winners for every field.

Is there data already inside Helpjuice?Required

Existing data is matched to Shopify ids up front.

How soon do you need it live?Required

Standard follows the schedule your other choices set. Pay to move up the queue and go live sooner.

Each one begins switched off. Turn on what you need, watch the total, switch it back off.

Why Store Design Expert

Why Hire Us to Connect Helpjuice and Shopify

You are paying for judgement and for a result you can inspect, not for hours.

We live inside Shopify

Orders, refunds, edits and metafields are what we handle every day, which is a different skill from knowing Helpjuice's menus.

Experience since 2015

A decade and more than 450 stores later, few integration quirks are new to us.

Notes a colleague can follow

Our handover records what moves where and which settings were chosen, so a future developer will not have to guess.

A price you can plan around

Prices and extra days are visible for each package and option. Plan fees for Helpjuice come from Helpjuice directly; its pricing page has the latest.

4.9+ from verified clients

Every review on this page is from a verified Store Design Expert client, which lets you see how projects went first.

A direct line to the builder

Ask the person who built it. Questions about triggers or fields get a direct reply.

What we need to get started

Getting Started: What We Ask For

We need a way into your store, a Helpjuice account and a short brief. Pick the access route that suits you.

Approve a collaborator request

Already selling? Send the store address and accept the request we raise. You stay the owner, we see only what the role permits, and you can remove us at any time.

Starting from nothing? We build first

No store yet? We build it in our Partner account, connect Helpjuice there and transfer the whole store to you, so you choose a plan only at the end.

Or share a staff login

A staff login works if that is easier. We still recommend the collaborator route, since it can be revoked in one click and leaves no password in circulation.

Your Helpjuice access

Either create the Helpjuice account yourself and add us, or we open it with your email. You remain the owner, and we work through an OAuth sign-in or an API token.

Sample records

Tell us where typical records live, or send a handful from each system. Real examples beat assumptions.

A decision-maker

We need one person to approve the plan and the test, plus a rule for what wins when Helpjuice and Shopify clash.

Your Shopify owner password and card details never reach us. Changes are made in a copy, and we note every setting we touch.
