Shopify Focuster Integration, Done for You at a Fixed Price

A Shopify Focuster integration turns store events into scheduled tasks: a new order or low stock becomes a task on your day. We found no native connector. Make adds and fetches Focuster tasks, n8n needs its HTTP Request node because there is no Focuster node, and viaSocket is in beta. We build it on the route that fits, from $390.

  • Shopify order and stock events creating Focuster tasks
  • Make or n8n scenario with duplicate protection
  • Task fields mapped to order data
  • Test log and a recorded handover

Our track record

Over 450 Stores Built Since 2015. Here Is What That Means for Your Focuster Link.

Years inside hundreds of Shopify stores shows in small decisions: what to key each record to, when to retry, which side wins a conflict. Those decisions make a spreadsheet or no-code database integration steady and dependable.

Who this is for

Who Hires Us for Shopify Focuster Integration

Task tools only help if the right events become the right tasks. These are the cases we build for.

You are a good fit if
  • You sell on Shopify today or soon
  • You will own the Focuster account
  • You prefer a quote to an hourly meter
  • You can approve a test within a few days
  • Owners planning fulfilment

A new paid order becomes a dated task.

  • Teams watching stock

    A low-stock trigger creates a reorder task.

  • n8n users

There is no Focuster node, so the HTTP Request node calls its API.

  • Make users

The Focuster module is limited to adding and fetching actions.

  • Teams expecting a native app

    We found no first-party connector.

  • Teams unsure of beta tools

viaSocket lists Focuster as beta, so we avoid depending on it.

Problems solved

Shopify Focuster Integration: Six Faults We Fix First

Task automations fail on duplicates and noise. These are the six faults we fix.

The problem

Duplicate tasks

The outcome

Retries create two. We key by order ID.

The problem

Task flood

The outcome

Every order becomes a task. We filter.

The problem

Wrong due dates

The outcome

Tasks are late. We compute from order data.

The problem

API call errors

The outcome

HTTP node fails silently. We add error branches.

The problem

Unclear titles

The outcome

Tasks lack context. We template them.

The problem

No handover

The outcome

Flows are unwritten. We document them.

How the link works

How We Wire Focuster to Your Store, Step by Step

All connections follow the same path. The store sends an event, we check it against what Focuster already holds, the right record is written and the change is logged where your operations team can see it. The picture shows the pieces we connect and test before handover.

Process and timeline

From First Call to Live Sync: Our Shopify Focuster Integration Process

We follow the same six steps on every build, which is why the price can be fixed.

  1. 1

    Brief and scope

We start with questions: what you sell, how Focuster fits your day and which events matter. Reading through your orders and rows shows where the flow begins and what it must never touch.

  2. 2

    Access and connection

Access is narrow and approved by you, using a Google or Microsoft sign-in, or an API token. A live read proves the connection works before any build begins.

  3. 3

    Map and rule

We map order number, SKU, quantity and status, then agree which side wins each conflict and what blanks should do, in writing.

  4. 4

    Build in a copy

We build against test data, not your live records, and show you the plan and a recorded run where it helps.

  5. 5

    Test on real cases

Cases tested: a custom order, a rush order and a fulfilled order, plus refunds and edits. Every result is compared with Shopify's own figures.

  6. 6

    Go live and hand over

When you say go, the flow goes live. We watch the first runs and leave you notes, a diagram and a recorded walkthrough.

What Keeps Your Store and Focuster Data Safe

Careful beats fast when personal data is involved. These are the habits behind every build.

Narrow access, in your name

Access is as narrow as possible, granted through a Google or Microsoft sign-in, or an API token, and every account remains yours.

Nothing sent without approval

Anything that emails, texts or posts to a customer is reviewed with you before it is switched on.

Plain scope, two revision rounds

You see the price before paying. Changes within scope go through two structured rounds, so a tweak never becomes an hourly invoice.

Build in a copy, never live

Everything is built and tested on test data, so your live orders and rows stay untouched until you approve.

Failures raise a flag

A failed run alerts a named person with the order and the reason. Silence never means success.

A written definition of done

A flow is finished when it handles a custom order, a rush order and a fulfilled order correctly and the results are logged.

A single, solid flow: Focuster will create the task with the order details, with mapped fields and a test.

  • Focuster authorised through a Google or Microsoft sign-in, or an API token
  • First trigger built: an order needs follow-up
  • Order number, SKU and quantity mapped
  • Retries can never create a second record
  • Checks on a custom order and a rush order
  • A log of the tests and a short recorded tour

Three flows running: Focuster will create the task with the order details; set the reminder; and mark the task done, plus filters, retries and alerts.

  • Everything in Single Workflow
  • Triggers for when an order needs follow-up, when a deadline approaches and when an order is fulfilled
  • Status and custom fields mapped
  • Rules by tag, country and order value
  • Retries, plus an alert when a run fails
  • Proven on a custom order, a rush order and a fulfilled order

The full build: two-way sync, history, monitoring for two weeks and a runbook.

  • Everything in Core Workflows
  • Two-way sync, each field with its own rule
  • One-off history load of past rows
  • Two weeks of monitoring after go-live
  • A check of who can do what
  • Written runbook for your team

If your Focuster setup uses custom code, a private API, an on-premise system or more than one store, tell us about it and we will quote it as a fixed-price project.

Roughly how many orders do you take each month?Required

High volume calls for batching and a peak-day plan.

One-way or two-way sync?Required

Fields that both systems change need a written winner.

Is your Focuster account empty or full of data?Required

Matching comes first, so nothing is duplicated.

How soon do you need it live?Required

Standard follows the schedule your other choices set. Pay to move up the queue and go live sooner.

Optional extrasOptional

Each one begins switched off. Turn on what you need, watch the total, switch it back off.

Experience since 2015

We have launched more than 450 Shopify stores since 2015 and met most of the quirks that trip up integrations.

We live inside Shopify

We work with Shopify orders, refunds, edits and metafields daily. That depth is separate from knowing Focuster's interface.

What we need to get started

What We Need From You to Begin

The list is short. Most owners have everything ready in a day.

Approve a collaborator request

Already trading? Share the store address and accept our collaborator request. You remain the owner, we see only what the role allows, and you can remove us whenever you like.

Starting from nothing? We build first

No store yet? We build it in our Partner account, connect Focuster there and transfer the whole store to you, so you choose a plan only at the end.

Or share a staff login

A staff login works if that is easier. We still recommend the collaborator route, since it can be revoked in one click and leaves no password in circulation.

Your Focuster access

Set up the account and invite us, or have us create it under your email. You stay the owner either way, and access runs through a Google or Microsoft sign-in, or an API token.

Sample records

Two or three representative records from each side are enough. They show us the true shape of your data.

A decision-maker

Name the person who approves the plan and the test, and tell us which system should win when Focuster and Shopify disagree.

We never need your owner password or payment details. Access is limited, logged and removable at any time.

FAQ

Shopify Focuster Integration FAQs

Straight answers on price, scope, timing and what we need from you.

How much does Shopify Focuster integration cost?

Single Workflow costs $390, Core Workflows $790 and Full Integration $1490. Order volume, data direction, existing Focuster data and add-ons change the total, and the calculator shows it before you pay. Most projects land between about $390 and $2090, with delivery from 3 to 14 working days.

How long does the Focuster integration take?

Single Workflow takes 3 to 5 working days, Core Workflows 5 to 9 and Full Integration 8 to 14. The usual variables are how much history you want loaded and how quickly you approve the test results. The Sooner and Fastest options shorten the schedule when a launch date is fixed.

We found none.

How can they connect?

Through Make, n8n or similar tools. Searches like "focuster tasks shopify orders" point to this service.

No, it uses the HTTP Request node. Queries such as "shopify to focuster sync" point to this service.

What can Make do with Focuster?

Is viaSocket reliable?

It lists Focuster as beta. If you typed "focuster shopify make.com", you are in the right place.

Can I filter which orders make tasks?

Yes. If you typed "focuster shopify n8n", this is the page for it.
