Atarim and Shopify, connected properly

Shopify Atarim Integration, Connected, Tested and Documented

A Shopify Atarim integration has no dedicated app: Atarim's guidance says to install its Web Snippet script, not the WordPress plugin, to give clients a feedback layer on a Shopify store. Make pairs Atarim triggers such as a new priority with Shopify actions, using an API key on Pro, Business or Enterprise. The product page is ambiguous on Shopify status. We install, test and hand over, from $390.

  • Web Snippet installed for client feedback
  • Make flows for priorities and tasks

Our track record

450+ Shopify Stores, 4.9+ From Verified Clients. Your Atarim Setup Is Handled by the Same Team.

Verified clients give us an average of 4.9+. Your Atarim build gets the same discipline as a full store build: a written scope, a duplicate to test in and a record of what was checked.

Who this is for

Six Kinds of Store We Build Shopify Atarim Integration For

Agencies building Shopify stores for clients want visual feedback on the live site. These are the cases we build for.

You are a good fit if
  • Your orders come through Shopify
  • Atarim is, or will be, in your toolset
  • You would rather pay once than by the hour
  • You can review a test run with us
  • Agencies collecting feedback

    Clients comment on the page.

  • Teams installing scripts

The Web Snippet replaces the plugin.

  • Teams tracking tasks

    Make can watch new priorities.

  • Admins connecting

An API key comes from Integration Settings.

  • Owners checking plans

Make needs Pro, Business or Enterprise.

  • Teams reading the product page

    Shopify status is ambiguous.

Problems solved

Shopify Atarim Integration: Six Faults We Fix First

Client-feedback setups fail on snippets and plans. These are the six faults we fix.

The problem

Snippet missing

The outcome

Comments cannot be left. We install it.

The problem

Admin pages unreachable

The outcome

Checkout feedback is impossible. We explain limits.

The problem

Plan too low

The outcome

Make is locked. We check first.

The problem

Priorities pile up

The outcome

Tasks are lost. We route them.

The problem

Shopify support assumed

The outcome

The product page is ambiguous. We verify.

The problem

No handover

The outcome

Setup is unwritten, so the next change starts from guesswork. We write down the triggers, fields and tests.

Process and timeline

How We Build Your Atarim Integration, Step by Step

A fixed order of work keeps the project predictable. You know what happens next at every point.

  1. 1

    Brief and scope

We ask what you sell, how Atarim is used and which events matter. A short review of your orders and tasks shows where the flow should start and what it must never do.

  2. 2

    Access and connection

We ask for the smallest access that works, via an OAuth sign-in with access to one workspace. A live read confirms it before we build on top of it.

  3. 3

    Map and rule

Order number, due date, assignee and notes are matched across both tools, and we record who wins each conflict and how blanks are treated.

  4. 4

    Build in a copy

The flow is built against test data, never your live records. You see the plan and, where useful, a recorded run.

  5. 5

    Test on real cases

We run a custom order, a refund request and a rush shipment, then refunds and edits, and verify each outcome against what the store shows.

  6. 6

    Go live and hand over

Once you approve, we switch the flow on, watch the first runs and hand over notes, a diagram and a short recorded tour.

What Keeps Your Store and Atarim Data Safe

None of these costs extra. They are simply how we work.

Secrets kept in a vault

We store tokens and keys in a vault and never paste them into documents or messages.

Plain scope, two revision rounds

You see the price before paying. Changes within scope go through two structured rounds, so a tweak never becomes an hourly invoice.

Counts compared, not assumed

We check totals against the source after each load, so mismatches surface straight away.

A written definition of done

We call it complete when a custom order, a refund request and a rush shipment work as agreed and the log proves it.

Build in a copy, never live

We never build on live data: the flow is tested on test records and your real orders and tasks wait for your approval.

Failures raise a flag

Failed runs notify a named person with the order and the cause, so silence cannot hide a problem.

Choose your packageRequired

Choose the smallest package that covers your case. You can always add triggers or history from the extras list.

A single, solid flow: Atarim will create a task with the order details, with mapped fields and a test.

  • Atarim connected using an OAuth sign-in with access to one workspace
  • Trigger for the event: an order needs custom work
  • Order number, due date and assignee matched across both tools
  • A unique key on every write
  • Test on a custom order and a refund request
  • A log of the tests and a short recorded tour

The core set: Atarim will create a task with the order details; move the card to the next column; open a review task for the right person, protected by filters and retries.

  • Everything in Single Workflow
  • Triggers for when an order needs custom work, when an order is fulfilled and when a refund is requested
  • Notes plus custom fields matched
  • Filters by tag, country and value
  • Retries and failure alerts
  • Test on a custom order, a refund request and a rush shipment

The full build: two-way sync, history, monitoring for two weeks and a runbook.

  • Everything in Core Workflows
  • Per-field conflict rules for two-way updates
  • History load of previous tasks
  • Monitoring for 14 days after launch
  • Access and roles review
  • A runbook your team can follow

Custom objects, unusual authentication, several Shopify stores feeding one Atarim account, stores above 10,000 orders a month, and builds that need your own servers are quoted separately at a fixed price.

How many orders does the store process a month?Required

Volume decides how much load planning the build needs.

Which way should data flow?Required

Two-way sync adds rules for fields both sides can edit.

Is your Atarim account empty or full of data?Required

Records already there must be matched first.

How soon do you need it live?Required

Standard follows the schedule your other choices set. Pay to move up the queue and go live sooner.

Optional extrasOptional

Each one begins switched off. Turn on what you need, watch the total, switch it back off.

Why Store Design Expert

What You Get From Us That a Template Does Not

You are paying for judgement and for a result you can inspect, not for hours.

Safety designed in

Every build includes retries, alerts, unique keys and narrow access; none are paid extras.

Tested on your real cases

Tests use the cases your store really sees, for example a custom order, a refund request and a rush shipment.

A direct line to the builder

Ask the person who built it. Questions about triggers or fields get a direct reply.

We live inside Shopify

Daily work on orders, refunds and metafields gives us Shopify depth that Atarim menus alone do not.

Notes a colleague can follow

We document what moves where and which settings we picked, so the next developer starts informed.

4.9+ from verified clients

Every review on this page is from a verified Store Design Expert client, which lets you see how projects went first.

What we need to get started

Getting Started: What We Ask For

We need a way into your store, a Atarim account and a short brief. Pick the access route that suits you.

Approve a collaborator request

Already trading? Share the store address and accept our collaborator request. You remain the owner, we see only what the role allows, and you can remove us whenever you like.

Starting from nothing? We build first

We can start in our own Partner account, set up the store and the Atarim link, then transfer ownership to you. A Shopify plan is chosen at the end.

Or share a staff login

A staff account is an option. The collaborator route is still better, as it can be cancelled instantly and involves no shared password.

Your Atarim access

Create the account yourself and invite us, or ask us to create it with your email. Either way you hold the owner role, and we use an OAuth sign-in with access to one workspace.

Sample records

Send two or three typical records from each side, or tell us where to find them. Real examples show us how your data is actually shaped.

A decision-maker

Name the person who approves the plan and the test, and tell us which system should win when Atarim and Shopify disagree.

We never need your owner password or payment details. Access is limited, logged and removable at any time.

Single Workflow costs $390, Core Workflows $790 and Full Integration $1490. Order volume, data direction, existing Atarim data and add-ons change the total, and the calculator shows it before you pay. Most projects land between about $390 and $2090, with delivery from 3 to 14 working days.

How long does the Atarim integration take?

Single Workflow takes 3 to 5 working days, Core Workflows 5 to 9 and Full Integration 8 to 14. The usual variables are how much history you want loaded and how quickly you approve the test results. The Sooner and Fastest options shorten the schedule when a launch date is fixed.
