One Place for Everything About Your Project

No searching your inbox for the last file or the last question.

When you place an order, we create your account and email you a sign-in link. From then on your dashboard shows each order, what stage it is in, what we need from you and what we have sent you.

You fill in the short project brief there, send messages to the team, upload files, review deliveries, ask for revisions and, at the end, download the final files and the written handover. Invoices and receipts are kept next to the order they belong to.

Everything is private to you. Files are only available to you after you sign in, and you are signed out automatically after a period of inactivity.

Client Portal Questions Answered

Signing in, files and privacy. Open any question for the full answer.

How do I sign in?

Open the dashboard page and ask for an email link or a six-digit code. There is no password to set or remember.

When is my account created?

When your first order is paid. We send the sign-in email at that point.

Can I see my files after the project ends?

Yes. Your orders, files, messages and invoices stay in your dashboard.

How do I send you access to my store?

Invite us as a Shopify collaborator. If you need to share other details, use the access vault in your dashboard rather than email.

Can I ask for a revision from the dashboard?

Yes. Each package includes two revision rounds, and you request each round from the order.

Where are my invoices and receipts?

In the billing section, next to each order.

Am I signed out automatically?

Yes. After a period of inactivity you are signed out, which protects your files.

What if I did not receive the sign-in email?

Check your spam folder, then request a new link or code from the dashboard page. If it still does not arrive, use the contact page.

Can more than one person use my account?

Each person should use their own sign-in. Add a technical contact in your project brief if someone else should receive updates.
