How many files can I send?
Up to 20 files at a time, 20 MB each and 100 MB in total. For anything larger, paste a link to a shared folder instead.
Which file types are accepted?
PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, TXT and JSON. Other types are refused.
Are my files safe?
They are held privately, and the form checks the type of every file. Files that fail the checks are refused.
Do I need an order number?
It helps, because it lets us match the files to your project. If you do not have one yet, describe the work in the message box.
How do I know the files arrived?
You receive a confirmation email after the upload.
Should I send my Shopify password?
Never. Invite us as a Shopify collaborator, which you control, or use the secure vault in your dashboard.
Can I add files later?
Yes. Use this form again, or add them in the files section of your customer dashboard.
What if a file is bigger than 20 MB?
Upload a shared link in the link box. Cloud folders work well for large images and videos.
Who can see my files?
Files are held privately and are not shown publicly.
