We cannot promise identical rankings, since a new theme and platform always shift signals. We do keep every address, title, description and heading in play: each old Weebly URL is mapped to a 301 redirect, and we check Search Console after launch for crawl errors.

You export products, customers and orders as CSV files, reshape the columns for Shopify and import them, then rebuild pages, design and redirects by hand. Many owners do the first part. Most hire us for the variants, images, redirect map and the nervous domain switch.

Products, variants, images, customers and order history move. Pages and blog posts are rebuilt rather than copied. Your Weebly design and apps do not travel, and customer passwords cannot cross platforms for security reasons, so shoppers set new ones.

You unlock the domain in Weebly's domain settings, request the authorization code and start the transfer in Shopify. It can take 5 to 7 days, and the old shop stays online meanwhile. If you prefer, we can point the domain instead of transferring it.

Square acquired Weebly in 2018 and now steers new sellers to Square Online, which is part of why many owners leave. For migration it changes little: your product, customer and order exports and the address structure are what we work from.

Weebly lets you set a redirect page by page inside its own SEO settings, and server-level rules do not work there. Because Weebly cannot redirect in bulk once the domain leaves, we place every redirect inside Shopify, where it keeps working after cutover.
