Shopify + YCloud, set up for you

Shopify YCloud Integration, Mapped Field by Field and Tested on Real Orders

A Shopify YCloud integration has an app, YCloud: WA Chat and Marketing, free to install with WhatsApp API message fees: it automates abandoned-cart recovery, cash-on-delivery confirmations and order alerts, with a chat widget, shared inbox and AI order-status bot. A second WhatsApp and SMS listing exists and Zapier sends SMS on paid orders. We set up, test and hand over, from $390.

  • App installed and WhatsApp number verified
  • Cart, COD and order templates approved
  • Shared inbox and AI answers tested
  • Test log and a recorded handover

Our track record

Over 450 Stores Built Since 2015. Here Is What That Means for Your YCloud Link.

Years inside hundreds of Shopify stores pays off in small decisions: what to key each record to, when to retry, which side wins a conflict. Those decisions keep a messaging channel integration calm and trouble-free.

Who this is for

Shopify YCloud Integration: Who It Helps Most

Stores selling by WhatsApp, especially cash on delivery, want confirmations and recovery automated. These are the cases we build for.

You are a good fit if
  • You sell on Shopify today or soon
  • You will own the YCloud account
  • You prefer a quote to an hourly meter
  • You can approve a test within a few days
  • Stores using WhatsApp

    Order alerts go to customers.

  • Stores recovering carts

    Abandoned carts get a message.

  • Cash-on-delivery sellers

    COD confirmations cut fake orders.

  • Teams sharing an inbox

    Agents work one inbox.

  • Teams using AI

    The bot answers order-status questions.

  • Owners watching cost

    WhatsApp API fees apply.

Problems solved

Shopify YCloud Integration: Six Faults We Fix First

WhatsApp setups fail on templates and cost. These are the six faults we fix.

The problem

Template rejected

The outcome

Messages never send. We follow Meta's rules.

The problem

Message fees surprise

The outcome

Costs rise. We cap sends.

The problem

Consent missing

The outcome

Customers are messaged without opt-in. We record it.

The problem

COD confirmation missed

The outcome

Fake orders ship. We test the flow.

The problem

Wrong listing installed

The outcome

Two YCloud apps exist. We confirm.

The problem

No handover

The outcome

Setup is unwritten, so the next change starts from guesswork. We write down the triggers, fields and tests.

Process and timeline

From First Call to Live Sync: Our Shopify YCloud Integration Process

We follow the same six steps on every build, which is why the price can be fixed.

  1. 1

    Brief and scope

We start with questions: what you sell, how YCloud fits your day and which events matter. Reading through your orders and messages shows where the flow begins and what it must never touch.

  2. 2

    Access and connection

You grant limited access to Shopify and YCloud through a business account and an access token. Before building, we read live data to prove both connections.

  3. 3

    Map and rule

The map covers phone number, template name, order number and opt-in; we put the conflict winners and blank rules in writing.

  4. 4

    Build in a copy

The flow is built against test data, never your live records. You see the plan and, where useful, a recorded run.

  5. 5

    Test on real cases

We run a paid order, a delivery update and a customer reply, then refunds and edits, and verify each outcome against what the store shows.

  6. 6

    Go live and hand over

Once you approve, we switch the flow on, watch the first runs and hand over notes, a diagram and a short recorded tour.

What Keeps Your Store and YCloud Data Safe

None of these costs extra. They are simply how we work.

Build in a copy, never live

Test data comes first. Live orders and messages are left alone until you sign off.

Counts compared, not assumed

Every load ends with a count against the source, which catches gaps and doubles quickly.

Plain scope, two revision rounds

Price first, then two structured revision rounds for anything in scope, so no tweak becomes a surprise charge.

Narrow access, in your name

The smallest workable access, set up through a business account and an access token, with all accounts in your name.

Failures raise a flag

Failed runs notify a named person with the order and the cause, so silence cannot hide a problem.

Nothing sent without approval

Every customer-facing message is reviewed with you first, then switched on.

Price Your Shopify YCloud Integration

Pick a package, answer three short questions and add any extras. Your total and delivery window update as you click, with nothing hidden until checkout.

Choose your packageRequired

Each package goes deeper into YCloud. Every option below shows its own price and any extra days, so nothing is revealed after checkout.

The essentials: YCloud connected, one flow built to send the order confirmation template, tested end to end.

  • YCloud authorised through a business account and an access token
  • A trigger for when an order is paid
  • Mapping for phone number, template name and order number
  • Retries can never create a second record
  • Tested with a paid order and a delivery update
  • Test log plus a recorded walkthrough

Three flows running: YCloud will send the order confirmation template; send the tracking update; and start the recovery message, plus filters, retries and alerts.

  • Everything in Single Workflow
  • A trigger for each: an order is paid, an order is shipped, a cart is abandoned
  • Mapping extended to opt-in and custom fields
  • Filtering on tags, countries and totals
  • Automatic retries with failure alerts
  • Proven on a paid order, a delivery update and a customer reply

The full build: two-way sync, history, monitoring for two weeks and a runbook.

  • Everything in Core Workflows
  • Two-way sync, each field with its own rule
  • A one-off catch-up of earlier messages
  • Two weeks of monitoring after go-live
  • A check of who can do what
  • Written runbook for your team

If your YCloud setup relies on custom code, a private API, an on-premise system or more than one store, tell us about it and we will quote it as a fixed-price project.

How busy is the store, in orders per month?Required

Larger volumes need more careful queuing and testing.

In which direction should the data travel?Required

Both directions need agreed winners for every field.

Is there data already inside YCloud?Required

We match what exists before anything new is written.

How soon do you need it live?Required

Standard follows the schedule your other choices set. Pay to move up the queue and go live sooner.

Optional extrasOptional

Each one begins switched off. Turn on what you need, watch the total, switch it back off.

Why Store Design Expert

What You Get From Us That a Template Does Not

Most of this job is clicking, and you could do it. People hire us because the unglamorous parts, ids, timing and edge cases, decide whether the connection helps or hurts.

A price you can plan around

The calculator shows the price and extra days for every package and option. YCloud bills its own plan fees, so check its current pricing page.

We live inside Shopify

Orders, refunds, edits and metafields are what we handle every day, which is a different skill from knowing YCloud's menus.

A direct line to the builder

You talk to the person working on your flow, and questions about a trigger or field get a plain answer.

Safety designed in

Every build includes retries, alerts, unique keys and narrow access; none are paid extras.

Notes a colleague can follow

We document what moves where and which settings we picked, so the next developer starts informed.

Experience since 2015

Over 450 Shopify stores since 2015 mean we have seen most of the odd cases that break integrations.

What we need to get started

Getting Started: What We Ask For

We need a way into your store, a YCloud account and a short brief. Pick the access route that suits you.

Approve a collaborator request

Selling already? Send the address and accept a collaborator request. You keep ownership, we get a limited role, and you can revoke it at any moment.

Starting from nothing? We build first

We can assemble the store in our own Shopify Partner account, connect YCloud there, then hand the whole store over by ownership transfer. You pick a Shopify plan only at the end.

Or share a staff login

A staff login works if that is easier. We still recommend the collaborator route, since it can be revoked in one click and leaves no password in circulation.

Your YCloud access

Set up the account and invite us, or have us create it under your email. You stay the owner either way, and access runs through a business account and an access token.

Sample records

Send two or three typical records from each side, or tell us where to find them. Real examples show us how your data is actually shaped.

A decision-maker

Name the person who approves the plan and the test, and tell us which system should win when YCloud and Shopify disagree.

Your Shopify owner password and card details never reach us. Changes are made in a copy, and we note every setting we touch.

FAQ

Questions About YCloud and Shopify Integration

Answers on cost, timing, access, data and what to do when the connection misbehaves.

How much does Shopify YCloud integration cost?

Single Workflow costs $390, Core Workflows $790 and Full Integration $1490. Order volume, data direction, existing YCloud data and add-ons change the total, and the calculator shows it before you pay. Most projects land between about $390 and $2090, with delivery from 3 to 14 working days.

How long does the YCloud integration take?

Single Workflow takes 3 to 5 working days, Core Workflows 5 to 9 and Full Integration 8 to 14. The usual variables are how much history you want loaded and how quickly you approve the test results. The Sooner and Fastest options shorten the schedule when a launch date is fixed.

Does YCloud have a Shopify app?

Yes, WA Chat and Marketing.

Is it free?

To install; message fees apply. Related searches such as "ycloud shopify whatsapp app abandoned cart cash on delivery order alerts inbox zapier sms", the answer is the same.

What does it automate?

Carts, COD and order alerts. The same service covers "ycloud shopify".

Does Zapier send SMS?

Yes on paid orders. Queries such as "shopify to ycloud sync" describe the same work.

Are reviews many?

Only one. If you typed "ycloud shopify zapier", you are in the right place.

What does it cost?

Fixed price from $390 plus tool fees. Searches like "ycloud shopify make.com" describe the same work.

Can you set it up?

Yes. Another way to phrase it: "ycloud shopify n8n"; the same build answers that too.
