Reamaze Shopify App, Mapped Field by Field and Tested on Real Orders

A Reamaze Shopify app setup brings orders, refunds and draft orders into your helpdesk and live chat. A Shopify Plus partner page says its integration exposes those to merchants, a review adds a live dashboard showing visitors on site, and the separate ChannelReply app shows order details beside the conversation with refunds and cancellations. We confirm what your plan offers, set it up and test, from $390.

  • Shopify connected to Re:amaze with order data visible
  • Refund and cancel rights set by role
  • Live chat triggers for store visitors

Who this is for

Who Our Reamaze Shopify App Service Is For

Helpdesk speed depends on order context. These are the cases we build for.

You are a good fit if
  • Shopify is your store platform
  • You can give us limited access to Reamaze
  • You want a clear scope and price
  • Someone can confirm the test results
  • Support teams on Re:amaze

Orders, refunds and draft orders are available beside conversations.

  • Teams using live chat

A live dashboard shows visitors on site so chats start at the right moment.

  • Teams guarding refunds

Refund and cancel rights are set by agent role.

  • Teams comparing apps

ChannelReply is a separate app that shows order details and issues refunds with Re:amaze.

  • Teams expecting documentation

Re:amaze's own Shopify sidebar documentation was not in our sources, so we verify.

  • Teams on WooCommerce too

Re:amaze's WooCommerce plugin offers similar refund and note features.

How We Wire Reamaze to Your Store, Step by Step

All connections follow the same path. The store sends an event, we check it against what Reamaze already holds, the right record is written and the change is logged where your support team can see it. This map shows the pieces we connect and test before handover.

How We Build Your Reamaze Integration, Step by Step

We follow the same six steps on every build, which is why the price can be fixed.

  1. 1

    Brief and scope

First we find out what you sell, how your team uses Reamaze and which events count. A quick look at your orders and tickets tells us where to begin and what to avoid.

  2. 2

    Access and connection

We ask for the smallest access that works, via an OAuth sign-in or an API token. A live read confirms it before we build on top of it.

  3. 3

    Map and rule

Together we map ticket id, customer email, order number and status, decide which system wins each clash and write down how blanks behave.

  4. 4

    Build in a copy

A copy comes first: test data only, a visible plan and, where helpful, a recorded run.

  5. 5

    Test on real cases

The tests cover a new enquiry, a shipped order and a refund request, along with refunds and edits, and we check each result against Shopify.

  6. 6

    Go live and hand over

After your approval we turn the flow on, follow the first live runs, then hand over notes, a diagram and a short recorded tour.

How We Protect Your Orders and Customer Data

Integrations move customer data between systems, so mistakes are costly. These practices come with every package and explain why a fixed fee can still be a careful one.

Build in a copy, never live

We never build on live data: the flow is tested on test records and your real orders and tickets wait for your approval.

Secrets kept in a vault

A secure vault holds every key and token; none appear in notes or chat.

Failures raise a flag

Failed runs notify a named person with the order and the cause, so silence cannot hide a problem.

Narrow access, in your name

We request only the permissions the flow needs, via an OAuth sign-in or an API token, and you own every account.

Nothing sent without approval

Emails, texts and posts that reach customers are approved by you before they are enabled.

A written definition of done

Done means the flow copes with a new enquiry, a shipped order and a refund request, and the results are written in the log.

One flow live between Shopify and Reamaze: open the conversation with the customer's orders, mapped and tested.

  • Reamaze connected using an OAuth sign-in or an API token
  • First trigger built: a customer writes in
  • Mapping for ticket id, customer email and order number
  • Every write protected from duplicates
  • Test on a new enquiry and a shipped order
  • Written test log and video handover

Reamaze will open the conversation with the customer's orders, add the tracking number and tag the refund request, with filters, retries and a failure alert.

  • Everything in Single Workflow
  • Triggers for when a customer writes in, when an order is shipped and when a refund is requested
  • Status plus custom fields matched
  • Filtering on tags, countries and totals
  • Failed runs retried, then reported
  • Proven on a new enquiry, a shipped order and a refund request

Two-way sync with history loaded, a fortnight of monitoring and a runbook your team can follow.

  • Everything in Core Workflows
  • Two-way updates with per-field winners
  • A one-off catch-up of earlier tickets
  • A fortnight of run checks after launch
  • A check of who can do what
  • Team runbook in plain English

If your Reamaze setup uses custom code, a private API, an on-premise system or more than one store, tell us about it and we will quote it as a fixed-price project.

Roughly how many orders do you take each month?Required

Volume decides how much load planning the build needs.

Which way should data flow?Required

Both directions need agreed winners for every field.

Is there data already inside Reamaze?Required

Records already there must be matched first.

How soon do you need it live?Required

Standard follows the schedule your other choices set. Pay to move up the queue and go live sooner.

Optional extrasOptional

Each one begins switched off. Turn on what you need, watch the total, switch it back off.

Why Store Design Expert

What You Get From Us That a Template Does Not

Most of this job is clicking, and you could do it. People hire us because the unglamorous parts, ids, timing and edge cases, decide whether the connection helps or hurts.

Tested on your real cases

We test the cases your store actually has, such as a new enquiry, a shipped order and a refund request.

We live inside Shopify

Orders, refunds, edits and metafields are what we handle every day, which is a different skill from knowing Reamaze's menus.

Safety designed in

Retries, alerts, unique keys and narrow access are in every build, not offered as extras.

Notes a colleague can follow

The handover notes say what moves where and why each setting was chosen, so nobody has to guess later.

A direct line to the builder

You message the person who has your flow open. Questions about a trigger or a field get a straight answer.

A price you can plan around

Every package and option shows its price and extra days in the calculator. Any Reamaze plan fees are billed to you by Reamaze, so check its current pricing page.

What we need to get started

What to Prepare Before We Start Your Reamaze Integration

The list is short. Most owners have everything ready in a day.

Approve a collaborator request

Already selling? Send the store address and accept the request we raise. You stay the owner, we see only what the role permits, and you can remove us at any time.

Starting from nothing? We build first

We can assemble the store in our own Shopify Partner account, connect Reamaze there, then hand the whole store over by ownership transfer. You pick a Shopify plan only at the end.

Or share a staff login

Sharing a staff login is possible. The collaborator route is safer, though: one click removes it and no password is passed around.

Your Reamaze access

Set up the account and invite us, or have us create it under your email. You stay the owner either way, and access runs through an OAuth sign-in or an API token.

Sample records

Share a few typical records from both tools, or point us to them. Real examples reveal how your data is really structured.

A decision-maker

Who signs off the plan and the test? And when Reamaze and Shopify disagree, which one is right? Those two answers are all we need.

We never need your owner password or payment details. Access is limited, logged and removable at any time.

FAQ

Reamaze Shopify App FAQs

Everything owners ask us before booking.

How much does Reamaze Shopify app cost?

Single Workflow costs $390, Core Workflows $790 and Full Integration $1490. Order volume, data direction, existing Reamaze data and add-ons change the total, and the calculator shows it before you pay. Most projects land between about $390 and $2090, with delivery from 3 to 14 working days.

How long does the Reamaze integration take?

Single Workflow takes 3 to 5 working days, Core Workflows 5 to 9 and Full Integration 8 to 14. The usual variables are how much history you want loaded and how quickly you approve the test results. The Sooner and Fastest options shorten the schedule when a launch date is fixed.

Does Re:amaze integrate with Shopify?

Yes, a Shopify Plus partner page says it exposes orders, refunds and draft orders.

Can agents refund?

ChannelReply lets them; we verify what Re:amaze offers on your plan. If you typed "reamaze helpdesk refunds shopify", you are in the right place.

Does it have live chat?

Yes, with a live dashboard of visitors on site. The same job is behind "shopify to reamaze sync".

What is ChannelReply?

A separate Shopify app that works with Re:amaze. Searches like "connect shopify and reamaze" point to this service.

Is the sidebar documented here?

Not in our sources, so we confirm. Searches like "reamaze shopify zapier" point to this service.

Can roles be restricted?

Yes. Another way to phrase it: "reamaze shopify make.com"; the work is the same.

Can you set it up?

Yes. If you typed "reamaze shopify n8n", you are in the right place.
