Fixed-price Mailcheck integration

Shopify Mailcheck Integration, Done for You at a Fixed Price

A Shopify Mailcheck integration has no official app in our research. Mailcheck validates emails in real time, and connections run through n8n, Latenode, Zapier or custom code using an API key from account settings under API Access. Shopify/mailcheck on GitHub is a different, open-source library that suggests domain corrections. We build, test and hand over, from $390.

  • Checkout and signup emails validated in real time
  • Typos in domains caught before submission
  • Bad addresses tagged before marketing sync
  • Test log and a recorded handover

Our track record

450+ Shopify Stores Launched Since 2015. Your Mailcheck Connection Gets the Same Care.

A connection between Shopify and Mailcheck pays for itself solely when the data is right on a normal busy day. Having spent a decade building stores, we know where orders, customers and products tend to break an integration, and we design around it.

Who this is for

Who Our Shopify Mailcheck Integration Service Is For

Stores losing mail to typos and fake addresses want them caught at the form. These are the cases we build for.

You are a good fit if
  • You sell on Shopify today or soon
  • You will own the Mailcheck account
  • You prefer a quote to an hourly meter
  • You can approve a test within a few days
  • Stores collecting emails

Addresses are validated in real time.

  • Teams guarding deliverability

    Bad addresses are tagged.

  • Teams with developers

An API key allows custom builds.

  • Teams on n8n or Latenode

    No-code workflows exist.

  • Teams fixing typos

The GitHub library suggests domain fixes.

  • Teams confusing libraries

    Shopify/mailcheck is not the service.

Problems solved

Shopify Mailcheck Integration: Six Faults We Fix First

Email validation fails on friction and credits. These are the six faults we fix.

The problem

Valid emails rejected

The outcome

Buyers leave. We soften the check.

The problem

Credits wasted

The outcome

Repeat edits cost. We guard it.

The problem

Typos reach the list

The outcome

Mail bounces. We suggest fixes inline.

The problem

API key exposed

The outcome

Risk rises. We store it safely.

The problem

Library confused with service

The outcome

Nothing fits. We confirm which Mailcheck.

The problem

No handover

The outcome

Setup is unwritten, so the next change starts from guesswork. We write down the triggers, fields and tests.

How the link works

Mailcheck and Shopify: How the Connection Is Wired

All connections follow the same path. The store sends an event, we check it against what Mailcheck already holds, the right record is written and the change is logged where your marketing team can see it. This map shows the pieces we connect and test before handover.

How We Build Your Mailcheck Integration, Step by Step

We follow the same six steps on every build, which is why the price can be fixed.

  1. 1

    Brief and scope

The brief covers what you sell, how Mailcheck is used and which events should trigger work. We review some orders and subscribers to decide the starting point and the limits.

  2. 2

    Access and connection

You grant limited access to Shopify and Mailcheck through an API key or an OAuth sign-in. Before building, we read live data to prove both connections.

  3. 3

    Map and rule

We map email address, marketing consent, order total and last product bought, then agree which side wins each conflict and what blanks should do, in writing.

  4. 4

    Build in a copy

Nothing is built on live records. The flow runs on test data first, and you see the plan, plus a recording if useful.

  5. 5

    Test on real cases

We test a new subscriber, a repeat buyer and a refunded order, plus refunds and edits, then compare the results with what Shopify shows.

  6. 6

    Go live and hand over

After your approval we turn the flow on, follow the first live runs, then hand over notes, a diagram and a short recorded tour.

Six Safeguards Built Into Every Mailcheck Integration

Careful beats fast when personal data is involved. These are the habits behind every build.

Plain scope, two revision rounds

Price first, then two structured revision rounds for anything in scope, so no tweak becomes a surprise charge.

Narrow access, in your name

We ask for the least access that works, through an API key or an OAuth sign-in, and every account stays under your ownership.

Secrets kept in a vault

Tokens and keys are stored in a secure vault, never pasted into notes or chat.

Nothing sent without approval

No message to a customer goes live until you have read and approved it.

Failures raise a flag

A named person receives an alert, with the order and the reason, whenever a run fails.

Counts compared, not assumed

Once data is loaded, we count both sides, so missing or doubled records show up early.

Choose your packageRequired

Pick the smallest package that covers your case. You can always add triggers or history from the extras list.

The essentials: Mailcheck connected, one flow built to add the subscriber with consent recorded, tested end to end.

  • Mailcheck linked with an API key or an OAuth sign-in
  • Trigger for the event: a customer signs up
  • Mapping for email address, marketing consent and order total
  • Every write protected from duplicates
  • Checks on a new subscriber and a repeat buyer
  • A log of the tests and a short recorded tour

Three flows running: Mailcheck will add the subscriber with consent recorded; tag the buyer and start the post-purchase sequence; and start the recovery sequence, plus filters, retries and alerts.

  • Everything in Single Workflow
  • Events handled: a customer signs up; an order is paid; a cart is abandoned
  • Mapping extended to last product bought and custom fields
  • Filters by tag, country and value
  • Automatic retries with failure alerts
  • Tested with a new subscriber, a repeat buyer and a refunded order

Two-way sync with history loaded, a fortnight of monitoring and a runbook your team can follow.

  • Everything in Core Workflows
  • Two-way sync, each field with its own rule
  • One-off history load of past subscribers
  • Two weeks of monitoring after go-live
  • Access and roles review
  • A runbook your team can follow

Why Store Design Expert

Why Owners Choose Our Shopify Mailcheck Integration Over Doing It Alone

Templates cover the happy path. We cover the rest, and we put the result in writing.

A price you can plan around

Every package and option shows its price and extra days in the calculator. Any Mailcheck plan fees are billed to you by Mailcheck, so check its current pricing page.

Experience since 2015

More than 450 Shopify stores have passed through our hands, so we have met most of the quirks that interfere with integrations.

Notes a colleague can follow

Handover notes record the data paths and the choices behind each setting, ready for whoever works on it next.

A direct line to the builder

You talk to the person working on your flow, and questions about a trigger or field get a plain answer.

We live inside Shopify

Orders, refunds, edits and metafields are daily work for us. That is a different skill from knowing the menus of Mailcheck.

4.9+ from verified clients

You can read verified client reviews on this page before paying, so past results are visible.

What we need to get started

Getting Started: What We Ask For

The list is short. Most owners have everything ready in a day.

Approve a collaborator request

Already trading? Share the store address and accept our collaborator request. You remain the owner, we see only what the role allows, and you can remove us whenever you like.

Starting from nothing? We build first

We can start in our own Partner account, set up the store and the Mailcheck link, then transfer ownership to you. A Shopify plan is chosen at the end.

Or share a staff login

If it is simpler, a staff login will do. We prefer the collaborator route because it is revocable in one click and no password changes hands.

Your Mailcheck access

Create the account yourself and invite us, or ask us to create it with your email. Either way you hold the owner role, and we use an API key or an OAuth sign-in.

Sample records

Tell us where typical records live, or send a handful from each system. Real examples beat assumptions.

A decision-maker

Who signs off the plan and the test? And when Mailcheck and Shopify disagree, which one is right? Those two answers are all we need.

We never need your owner password or payment details. Access is limited, logged and removable at any time.
