Fixed-price LeadDyno integration

Shopify LeadDyno Integration, Quietly Reliable From Day One

A Shopify LeadDyno integration is native and documented by LeadDyno: add Shopify under Integrations, enter your store URL and a start date for importing purchases, or install from Shopify Apps. Each store needs its own LeadDyno account, and an optional coupon sync pushes affiliate codes to Shopify. We set it up, test and hand over, from $390.

  • Native connection and start date set
  • Affiliate coupon sync enabled and tested
  • Commission rules checked on real orders
  • Test log and a recorded handover

Who this is for

Who Our Shopify LeadDyno Integration Service Is For

Stores running affiliates want sales credited to the right partner. These are the cases we build for.

You are a good fit if
  • You sell on Shopify today or soon
  • You will own the LeadDyno account
  • You prefer a quote to an hourly meter
  • You can approve a test within a few days
  • Stores running affiliate programmes

Purchases import from a chosen start date.

  • Stores using coupons

    Affiliate codes sync to Shopify.

  • Brands with several stores

Each store needs its own LeadDyno account.

  • Teams paying commission

Orders must credit the right affiliate.

  • Teams resyncing

Current affiliate data can be resynchronised.

  • Teams reading old pages

The Zapier page is several years old.

Problems solved

Shopify LeadDyno Integration: Six Faults We Fix First

Affiliate tracking fails on dates and codes. These are the six faults we fix.

The problem

Wrong start date

The outcome

Old orders import or recent ones are missed. We set it.

The problem

Codes not synced

The outcome

Affiliates cannot discount. We enable coupon sync.

The problem

Second store mixed in

The outcome

Data crosses accounts. We log out first.

The problem

Refunds still pay

The outcome

Commission is wrong. We check rules.

The problem

Duplicate affiliates

The outcome

Partners repeat. We clean.

The problem

No handover

The outcome

Setup is unwritten, so the next change starts from guesswork. We write down the triggers, fields and tests.

  • LeadDyno authorised with an API key from the app settings
  • Access roles checked together

Triggers

  • Sequence of events tested
  • Trigger for the moment an order is refunded

Mapping

  • Order total covered, blanks included
  • Custom fields added to the map
  • Per-field conflict rules
  • Field map written into the notes

Safety

  • Consent and opt-outs respected
  • Alerts when a run fails
  • Retries update the record
  • A unique key stops duplicates

Testing

  • Written test log delivered

  • The first live runs are monitored

Handover

  • Short recorded walkthrough

Your part is access, a short brief and a ruling on conflicts. Ours is the build, the test and the handover.

The connection, mapped

LeadDyno and Shopify: How the Connection Is Wired

Think of the build as a short chain: event, check, write, log. Each link is tested on its own and again as a whole, with real orders, before we ask you to approve anything.

Process and timeline

From First Call to Live Sync: Our Shopify LeadDyno Integration Process

Six stages, in order. Nothing touches live data until you have seen it work on a copy, and your calculator choices decide how long each stage takes.

  1. 1

    Brief and scope

First we find out what you sell, how your team uses LeadDyno and which events count. A quick look at your orders and members tells us where to begin and what to avoid.

  2. 2

    Access and connection

Access is narrow and approved by you, using an API key from the app settings. A live read proves the connection works before any build begins.

  3. 3

    Map and rule

Customer id, points balance, tier and order total are matched across both tools, and we record who wins each conflict and how blanks are treated.

  4. 4

    Build in a copy

The flow is built against test data, never your live records. You see the plan and, where useful, a recorded run.

  5. 5

    Test on real cases

Cases tested: a paid order, a partial refund and a new member, plus refunds and edits. Every result is compared with Shopify's own figures.

  6. 6

    Go live and hand over

On your approval the flow is switched on and monitored through its first runs, and you receive notes, a diagram and a quick video tour.

How We Protect Your Orders and Customer Data

Careful beats fast when personal data is involved. These are the habits behind every build.

Failures raise a flag

A failed run alerts a named person with the order and the reason. Silence never means success.

Secrets kept in a vault

Keys and tokens live in a secure vault, not in notes, spreadsheets or chat.

Build in a copy, never live

We never build on live data: the flow is tested on test records and your real orders and members wait for your approval.

A written definition of done

A flow is finished when it handles a paid order, a partial refund and a new member correctly and the results are logged.

Counts compared, not assumed

We check totals against the source after each load, so mismatches surface straight away.

Plain scope, two revision rounds

You see the price before paying. Changes within scope go through two structured rounds, so a tweak never becomes an hourly invoice.

One flow live between Shopify and LeadDyno: award points for the order, mapped and tested.

  • LeadDyno connected using an API key from the app settings
  • One trigger built: when an order is paid
  • Customer id, points balance and tier mapped
  • A unique key on every write
  • Proven on a paid order and a partial refund
  • Written test log and video handover

LeadDyno will award points for the order, create the member and tag the tier and reverse the points for the refund, with filters, retries and a failure alert.

  • Everything in Single Workflow
  • A trigger for each: an order is paid, a customer signs up, an order is refunded
  • Order total and custom fields added to the map
  • Tag, country and value filters
  • Retries, plus an alert when a run fails
  • Test on a paid order, a partial refund and a new member

The full build: two-way sync, history, monitoring for two weeks and a runbook.

  • Everything in Core Workflows
  • Two-way updates with per-field winners
  • History load of previous members
  • Fourteen days of monitoring after launch
  • A check of who can do what
  • Written runbook for your team

If your LeadDyno setup depends on custom code, a private API, an on-premise system or more than one store, send a short brief and we will quote it as a fixed-price project.

How busy is the store, in orders per month?Required

Volume decides how much load planning the build needs.

Should data move one way or both ways?Required

Two-way sync needs conflict rules for every shared field.

Is your LeadDyno account empty or full of data?Required

Existing records must be matched before the first sync.

How soon do you need it live?Required

Standard follows the schedule your other choices set. Pay to move up the queue and go live sooner.

Optional extrasOptional

Each one begins switched off. Turn on what you need, watch the total, switch it back off.

Why Store Design Expert

Why Owners Choose Our Shopify LeadDyno Integration Over Doing It Alone

You are paying for judgement and for a result you can inspect, not for hours.

Notes a colleague can follow

The handover notes say what moves where and why each setting was chosen, so nobody has to guess later.

A price you can plan around

You see the cost and extra days for each choice in the calculator. Any LeadDyno subscription is billed by LeadDyno, so check what it charges today.

Experience since 2015

A decade and more than 450 stores later, few integration quirks are new to us.

Tested on your real cases

Tests use the cases your store really sees, for example a paid order, a partial refund and a new member.

Safety designed in

Safety is standard: retries, alerts, unique keys and narrow access are part of each build.

A direct line to the builder

You message the person who has your flow open. Questions about a trigger or a field get a straight answer.

What we need to get started

What We Need From You to Begin

We need a way into your store, a LeadDyno account and a short brief. Pick the access route that suits you.

Approve a collaborator request

Selling already? Send the address and accept a collaborator request. You keep ownership, we get a limited role, and you can revoke it at any moment.

Starting from nothing? We build first

No store yet? We build it in our Partner account, connect LeadDyno there and transfer the whole store to you, so you choose a plan only at the end.

Or share a staff login

Sharing a staff login is possible. The collaborator route is safer, though: one click removes it and no password is passed around.

Your LeadDyno access

Set up the account and invite us, or have us create it under your email. You stay the owner either way, and access runs through an API key from the app settings.

Sample records

Send two or three typical records from each side, or tell us where to find them. Real examples show us how your data is actually shaped.

A decision-maker

Who signs off the plan and the test? And when LeadDyno and Shopify disagree, which one is right? Those two answers are all we need.

We never need your owner password or payment details. Access is limited, logged and removable at any time.

FAQ

LeadDyno Integration FAQs

Straight answers on price, scope, timing and what we need from you.

How much does Shopify LeadDyno integration cost?

Single Workflow costs $390, Core Workflows $790 and Full Integration $1490. Order volume, data direction, existing LeadDyno data and add-ons change the total, and the calculator shows it before you pay. Most projects land between about $390 and $2090, with delivery from 3 to 14 working days.

How long does the LeadDyno integration take?

Single Workflow takes 3 to 5 working days, Core Workflows 5 to 9 and Full Integration 8 to 14. The usual variables are how much history you want loaded and how quickly you approve the test results. The Sooner and Fastest options shorten the schedule when a launch date is fixed.

Does LeadDyno integrate with Shopify?

Yes natively. The same job is behind "leaddyno shopify n8n".

How do I connect?

Via LeadDyno or Shopify Apps. You may also see it searched as "leaddyno shopify affiliate integration coupon sync start date purchases"; this page covers that too.

What start date is needed?

From when purchases import. Queries such as "leaddyno shopify" describe the same work.

Can coupons sync?

Yes, optionally. Searches like "shopify to leaddyno sync" describe the same work.

Can I use two stores?

Each needs its own account. The same job is behind "connect shopify and leaddyno".

What does it cost?

Fixed price from $390 plus tool fees. Another way to phrase it: "leaddyno shopify zapier"; the same build answers that too.

Can you set it up?

Yes. This also answers "leaddyno shopify make.com".
