Shopify Grawt Integration, Tested Before You Rely on It

A Shopify Grawt integration has no native connector in our research. Zapier's Grawt page lists Shopify among linked apps without describing workflows, Albato names no Shopify link, and Grawt offers an API. A 2025 review says niche platforms may need custom API work. Gravity Forms is a different product. We confirm, build, test and hand over, from $390.

Our track record

Launched 450+ Shopify Stores Since 2015. Now We Connect Them to the Tools You Run.

A store is only as useful as the systems around it. Our integration work comes out of years spent inside Shopify, so we can tell what a clean order looks like long before it reaches Grawt.

Who this is for

Is Our Shopify Grawt Integration Right for You? Six Typical Cases

Businesses using Grawt to attract and convert leads want store data in the same picture. These are the cases we build for.

You are a good fit if
  • You sell on Shopify today or soon
  • You will own the Grawt account
  • You prefer a quote to an hourly meter
  • You can approve a test within a few days
  • Teams attracting leads

    Grawt captures and converts leads.

  • Teams analysing funnels

    Analytics sit in one platform.

  • Teams matching customers

    Leads link to Shopify buyers.

  • Teams on Zapier

    Shopify is listed among apps.

  • Teams with developers

    An API is offered.

  • Teams confusing Gravity Forms

    It is a different product.

Problems solved

Shopify Grawt Integration: Six Faults We Fix First

Lead-to-customer links fail on matching and scope. These are the six faults we fix.

The problem

Leads not matched to buyers

The outcome

Attribution fails. We match on email.

The problem

Source lost

The outcome

Campaigns look equal. We tag them.

The problem

Duplicate records

The outcome

Lists clutter. We dedupe.

The problem

Native link assumed

The outcome

Nothing syncs. We confirm the route.

The problem

Gravity Forms steps followed

The outcome

Nothing fits. We use Grawt's.

The problem

No handover

The outcome

Setup is unwritten, so the next change starts from guesswork. We write down the triggers, fields and tests.

How the link works

What Happens When a customer signs up: The Grawt Flow

Picture the build as a short chain: event, check, write, log. Each link is tested on its own and again as a whole, with real orders, before we ask you to approve anything.

Process and timeline

Six Stages From Brief to Live Grawt Sync

We follow the same six steps on every build, which is why the price can be fixed.

  1. 1

    Brief and scope

The brief covers what you sell, how Grawt is used and which events should trigger work. We review some orders and contacts to decide the starting point and the limits.

  2. 2

    Access and connection

Access is narrow and approved by you, using an OAuth sign-in or a private app token. A live read proves the connection works before any build begins.

  3. 3

    Map and rule

Together we map email, lifecycle stage, order total and source, decide which system wins each clash and write down how blanks behave.

  4. 4

    Build in a copy

The flow is built against test data, never your live records. You see the plan and, where useful, a recorded run.

  5. 5

    Test on real cases

We test a new lead, a first purchase and an abandoned cart, plus refunds and edits, then compare the results with what Shopify shows.

  6. 6

    Go live and hand over

Once you approve, we switch the flow on, watch the first runs and hand over notes, a diagram and a short recorded tour.

How We Protect Your Orders and Customer Data

Careful beats fast when personal data is involved. These are the habits behind every build.

Build in a copy, never live

The flow is built and tested against test data. Your live orders and contacts are untouched until you approve.

A written definition of done

A flow is finished when it handles a new lead, a first purchase and an abandoned cart correctly and the results are logged.

Secrets kept in a vault

Keys and tokens live in a secure vault, not in notes, spreadsheets or chat.

Nothing sent without approval

No message to a customer goes live until you have read and approved it.

Failures raise a flag

A failed run alerts a named person with the order and the reason. Silence never means success.

Plain scope, two revision rounds

You see the price before paying. Changes within scope go through two structured rounds, so a tweak never becomes an hourly invoice.

Choose your packageRequired

Each package goes deeper into Grawt. Every option below shows its own price and any extra days, so nothing is sprung on you after checkout.

A single, solid flow: Grawt will create or update the contact and its tags, with mapped fields and a test.

  • Grawt authorised through an OAuth sign-in or a private app token
  • A trigger for when a customer signs up
  • Field map covering email, lifecycle stage and order total
  • Retries can never create a second record
  • Test on a new lead and a first purchase
  • Written test log and video handover

Three flows running: Grawt will create or update the contact and its tags; move the contact into the customer pipeline; and enrol the contact in the recovery workflow, plus filters, retries and alerts.

  • Everything in Single Workflow
  • Events handled: a customer signs up; an order is paid; a cart is abandoned
  • Source plus custom fields matched
  • Rules by tag, country and order value
  • Failed runs retried, then reported
  • Tested with a new lead, a first purchase and an abandoned cart

The full build: two-way sync, history, monitoring for two weeks and a runbook.

  • Everything in Core Workflows
  • Two-way updates with per-field winners
  • A one-off catch-up of earlier contacts
  • Two weeks of monitoring after go-live
  • Access and roles review
  • A runbook your team can follow

Custom objects, unusual authentication, several Shopify stores feeding one Grawt account, high-volume stores above 10,000 orders a month, and builds that need your own servers are quoted separately at a fixed price.

How many orders pass through the store in a typical month?Required

High volume calls for batching and a peak-day plan.

Which way should data flow?Required

Syncing both ways means a conflict rule for each shared field.

Are there existing records in Grawt to deal with?Required

We match what exists before anything new is written.

How soon do you need it live?Required

Standard follows the schedule your other choices set. Pay to move up the queue and go live sooner.

Optional extrasOptional

Each one begins switched off. Turn on what you need, watch the total, switch it back off.

What we need to get started

Getting Started: What We Ask For

Three things get the work moving: safe access, a few answers and a decision-maker. Here is the detail.

Approve a collaborator request

Already trading? Share the store address and accept our collaborator request. You remain the owner, we see only what the role allows, and you can remove us whenever you like.

Starting from nothing? We build first

We can assemble the store in our own Shopify Partner account, connect Grawt there, then hand the whole store over by ownership transfer. You pick a Shopify plan only at the end.

Or share a staff login

If it is simpler, a staff login will do. We prefer the collaborator route because it is revocable in one click and no password changes hands.

Your Grawt access

Create the account yourself and invite us, or ask us to create it with your email. Either way you hold the owner role, and we use an OAuth sign-in or a private app token.

Sample records

Two or three representative records from each side are enough. They show us the true shape of your data.

A decision-maker

Who signs off the plan and the test? And when Grawt and Shopify disagree, which one is right? Those two answers are all we need.

We never need your owner password or payment details. Access is limited, logged and removable at any time.
