Front Shopify Integration, Done for You at a Fixed Price
A Front Shopify integration shows the customer, their orders, refunds and addresses inside the shared inbox, so a team can answer without switching tabs. Front supports more than one store, and a third-party guide describes a two-part install with a Shopify app, a client ID and secret, and enabling Shopify in Front's App Store settings. We install, check scopes and test, from $390.
- Shopify app and Front plugin connected
- Scopes reviewed before approval
- Several stores connected where needed
- Test log and a recorded handover

Over 450 Stores Built Since 2015. Here Is What That Means for Your Front Link.
A decade spent in hundreds of Shopify stores shows up in small decisions: which id to use as the key, when to retry, who wins a conflict. Those decisions make a helpdesk integration calm and trouble-free.

Six Situations Where Front Shopify Integration Pays Off
A shared inbox is only fast if it knows the order. These are the cases we build for.
- Shopify is your store platform
- You can give us limited access to Front
- You want a clear scope and price
- Someone can confirm the test results
Teams answering from a shared inbox
Customer, orders, refunds and addresses appear beside each conversation.
Merchants with several stores
Front supports connecting more than one Shopify store.
Teams reviewing permissions
A guide lists read and write scopes for customers, orders, fulfilments and draft orders; we review them with you.
Teams wanting automatic context
A guide says Front matches Shopify data to the conversation automatically.
Teams with unmatched emails
Customers using another email do not match. We handle them.
Teams wanting extra automation
Zoho Flow and Make can create Front contacts after purchases.
Front Shopify Integration: Six Faults We Fix First
Inbox integrations fail on setup and matching. These are the six faults we fix.
Wrong scopes

Store missing
One store is not connected. We connect all.
Over-broad access
Everyone can refund. We restrict roles.
No macros
Agents retype answers. We add templates.
No handover
Setup is unwritten. We document it.

What Happens When a customer emails the store: The Front Flow
An integration is easiest to judge when you can see it. The picture shows the pieces we build for Front: the records on each side, the status of every link and the log a person can read.
Stores We Designed, Ready to Connect to Front
A clean connection works best on a tidy store. Look through stores we have designed and launched, and picture each one with Front wired in behind it.

ElectronicsSix Stages From Brief to Live Front Sync
We follow the same six steps on every build, which is why the price can be fixed.
- 1
Brief and scope
We start with questions: what you sell, how Front fits your day and which events matter. Reading through your orders and conversations shows where the flow begins and what it must never touch.
- 2
Access and connection
You approve narrow access to Shopify and Front, using an OAuth sign-in or an API token. We confirm the connection with a live read before building on it.
- 3
Map and rule
Email address, conversation, tag and assignee are matched across both tools, and we record who wins each conflict and how blanks are treated.
- 4
Build in a copy
The flow is built against test data, never your live records. You see the plan and, where useful, a recorded run.
- 5
Test on real cases
We run a first email, a repeat customer and a refund thread, then refunds and edits, and verify each outcome against what the store shows.
- 6
Go live and hand over
On your approval the flow is switched on and monitored through its first runs, and you receive notes, a diagram and a quick video tour.

How We Protect Your Orders and Customer Data
Integrations move customer data between systems, so mistakes are costly. These practices come with every package and explain why a fixed fee can still be a careful one.
Counts compared, not assumed
Every load ends with a count against the source, which catches gaps and doubles quickly.
Narrow access, in your name
We ask for the least access that works, through an OAuth sign-in or an API token, and every account stays under your ownership.
Plain scope, two revision rounds
The price is visible before you pay, and in-scope changes get two structured rounds, so small tweaks never turn into hourly bills.
Nothing sent without approval
No message to a customer goes live until you have read and approved it.
A written definition of done
A flow is finished when it handles a first email, a repeat customer and a refund thread correctly and the results are logged.
Build in a copy, never live
Everything is built and tested on test data, so your live orders and conversations stay untouched until you approve.
Build Your Front Integration Package
Choose a package, tell us about your order volume, data direction and existing Front data, then pick a speed. The fixed price and delivery window update with each selection.
Request a custom quote
Custom objects, unusual authentication, several Shopify stores feeding one Front account, stores above 10,000 orders a month, and builds that need your own servers are quoted separately at a fixed price.

Why Hire Us to Connect Front and Shopify
Templates cover the happy path. We cover the rest, and we put the result in writing.
Experience since 2015
We have launched more than 450 Shopify stores since 2015 and met most of the quirks that trip up integrations.
A price you can plan around
The calculator shows the price and extra days for every package and option. Front bills its own plan fees, so check its current pricing page.
4.9+ from verified clients
You can read verified client reviews on this page before paying, so past results are visible.
Tested on your real cases
We test the cases your store actually has, such as a first email, a repeat customer and a refund thread.
We live inside Shopify
Daily work on orders, refunds and metafields gives us Shopify depth that Front menus alone do not.
Safety designed in
Every build includes retries, alerts, unique keys and narrow access; none are paid extras.
Getting Started: What We Ask For
Three things get the work moving: safe access, a few answers and a decision-maker. Here is the detail.
Approve a collaborator request
Already trading? Share the store address and accept our collaborator request. You remain the owner, we see only what the role allows, and you can remove us whenever you like.
Starting from nothing? We build first
We can assemble the store in our own Shopify Partner account, connect Front there, then hand the whole store over by ownership transfer. You pick a Shopify plan only at the end.
Or share a staff login
If it is simpler, a staff login will do. We prefer the collaborator route because it is revocable in one click and no password changes hands.
Your Front access
Create the account yourself and invite us, or ask us to create it with your email. Either way you hold the owner role, and we use an OAuth sign-in or an API token.
Sample records
Two or three representative records from each side are enough. They show us the true shape of your data.
A decision-maker
We need one person to approve the plan and the test, plus a rule for what wins when Front and Shopify clash.
Your Shopify owner password and card details never reach us. Changes are made in a copy, and we note every setting we touch.

Front Shopify Integration FAQs
Answers on cost, timing, access, data and what to do when the connection misbehaves.
How much does Front Shopify integration cost?
Single Workflow costs $390, Core Workflows $790 and Full Integration $1490. Order volume, data direction, existing Front data and add-ons change the total, and the calculator shows it before you pay. Most projects land between about $390 and $2090, with delivery from 3 to 14 working days.
How long does the Front integration take?
Single Workflow takes 3 to 5 working days, Core Workflows 5 to 9 and Full Integration 8 to 14. The usual variables are how much history you want loaded and how quickly you approve the test results. The Sooner and Fastest options shorten the schedule when a launch date is fixed.
