Fixed-price Formlets integration

Shopify Formlets Integration, Priced Up Front, Built With Care

A Shopify Formlets integration has no native connector in our research. Zapier lists Shopify among Formlets' apps and viaSocket covers triggers and actions in both directions, so a Zap is the likeliest route; the ActiveCampaign page is unconfirmed. Formsite, forms.app and Reform are different products. We build the form-to-store flow, test and hand over, from $390.

  • Submissions turned into Shopify customers or notes
  • Spam and validation checked
  • Consent captured and kept
  • Test log and a recorded handover

Our track record

Launched 450+ Shopify Stores Since 2015. Now We Connect Them to the Tools You Run.

A store is as useful as the systems around it. Our integration work is built on years spent inside Shopify, so we can tell what a clean order looks like long before it reaches Formlets.

Who this is for

Who Our Shopify Formlets Integration Service Is For

Stores collecting forms want answers attached to the customer. These are the cases we build for.

You are a good fit if
  • Shopify is your store platform
  • You can give us limited access to Formlets
  • You want a clear scope and price
  • Someone can confirm the test results
  • Stores using Formlets

    Submissions start a workflow.

  • Teams creating customers

A submission can create a Shopify customer.

  • Teams adding notes

    Answers can become order notes.

  • Teams filtering spam

    Junk must not create records.

  • Teams on Zapier or viaSocket

    Both list the pairing.

  • Teams reading ActiveCampaign

    The link is unconfirmed.

Problems solved

Shopify Formlets Integration: Six Faults We Fix First

Form-to-store links fail on spam and mapping. These are the six faults we fix.

The problem

Spam creates customers

The outcome

The list fills with junk. We validate.

The problem

Fields unmapped

The outcome

Data lands blank. We map each field.

The problem

Duplicate customers

The outcome

Submitters repeat. We match on email.

The problem

Wrong product

The outcome

Formsite steps are used. We confirm.

The problem

Retries repeat

The outcome

Records duplicate. We check first.

The problem

No handover

The outcome

Setup is unwritten, so the next change starts from guesswork. We write down the triggers, fields and tests.

What we connect and check

How Shopify Formlets Integration Moves Data Between Shopify and Formlets

All connections follow the same path. The store sends an event, we check it against what Formlets already holds, the right record is written and the change is logged where your sales or support team can see it. The picture shows the pieces we connect and test before handover.

Process and timeline

From First Call to Live Sync: Our Shopify Formlets Integration Process

Six stages, in order. Nothing touches live data until you have seen it work on a copy, and your calculator choices decide how long each stage takes.

  1. 1

    Brief and scope

We ask what you sell, how Formlets is used and which events matter. A short review of your orders and responses shows where the flow should start and what it must never do.

  2. 2

    Access and connection

Access is narrow and approved by you, using an API key or a connected account. A live read proves the connection works before any build begins.

  3. 3

    Map and rule

The map covers respondent email, answers, score and form id; we put the conflict winners and blank rules in writing.

  4. 4

    Build in a copy

Nothing is built on live records. The flow runs on test data first, and you see the plan, plus a recording if useful.

  5. 5

    Test on real cases

The tests cover a complete form, a half-filled form and an upload, along with refunds and edits, and we check each result against Shopify.

  6. 6

    Go live and hand over

After your approval we turn the flow on, follow the first live runs, then hand over notes, a diagram and a short recorded tour.

How We Protect Your Orders and Customer Data

None of these costs extra. They are simply how we work.

Failures raise a flag

A failed run alerts a named person with the order and the reason. Silence never means success.

Nothing sent without approval

Anything that emails, texts or posts to a customer is reviewed with you before it is switched on.

Plain scope, two revision rounds

The price is visible before you pay, and in-scope changes get two structured rounds, so small tweaks never turn into hourly bills.

Narrow access, in your name

The smallest workable access, set up through an API key or a connected account, with all accounts in your name.

A written definition of done

The flow counts as finished only when a complete form, a half-filled form and an upload all pass and are logged.

Secrets kept in a vault

Tokens and keys are stored in a secure vault, never pasted into notes or chat.

Formlets connected and one flow built: create the customer or draft order, with fields mapped and the result tested.

  • Formlets connected using an API key or a connected account
  • First trigger built: a form is submitted
  • Field map covering respondent email, answers and score
  • A unique key on every write
  • Proven on a complete form and a half-filled form
  • Test log plus a recorded walkthrough

Core flows live: Formlets will create the customer or draft order, store the score on the customer and send the follow-up form, with filters, retries and a failure alert.

  • Everything in Single Workflow
  • Three triggers: a form is submitted; a survey is completed; an order is paid
  • Form id plus custom fields matched
  • Rules by tag, country and order value
  • Retries and failure alerts
  • Proven on a complete form, a half-filled form and an upload

The full build: two-way sync, history, monitoring for two weeks and a runbook.

  • Everything in Core Workflows
  • Two-way sync, each field with its own rule
  • One-off history load of past responses
  • A fortnight of run checks after launch
  • Roles and permissions reviewed
  • Runbook with the rules and the fixes

Projects beyond these packages, such as custom objects, heavy history loads, multi-store designs or a custom API build, are scoped and quoted at a fixed price after a short call.

How many orders pass through the store in a typical month?Required

High volume calls for batching and a peak-day plan.

One-way or two-way sync?Required

Both directions need agreed winners for every field.

Is your Formlets account empty or full of data?Required

Existing records must be matched before the first sync.

How soon do you need it live?Required

Standard follows the schedule your other choices set. Pay to move up the queue and go live sooner.

Why Store Design Expert

Why Hire Us to Connect Formlets and Shopify

You are paying for judgement and for a result you can inspect, not for hours.

4.9+ from verified clients

Notes a colleague can follow

We document what moves where and which settings we picked, so the next developer starts informed.

We live inside Shopify

We work with Shopify orders, refunds, edits and metafields daily. That depth is separate from knowing Formlets's interface.

Experience since 2015

More than 450 Shopify stores have passed through our hands, so we have met most of the quirks that interfere with integrations.

Safety designed in

Retries, alerts, unique keys and narrow access are in every build, not offered as extras.

A price you can plan around

You see the cost and extra days for each choice in the calculator. Any Formlets subscription is billed by Formlets, so check what it charges today.

What we need to get started

What We Need From You to Begin

We need a way into your store, a Formlets account and a short brief. Pick the access route that suits you.

Approve a collaborator request

Selling already? Send the address and accept a collaborator request. You keep ownership, we get a limited role, and you can revoke it at any moment.

Starting from nothing? We build first

We can start in our own Partner account, set up the store and the Formlets link, then transfer ownership to you. A Shopify plan is chosen at the end.

Or share a staff login

Sharing a staff login is possible. The collaborator route is safer, though: one click removes it and no password is passed around.

Your Formlets access

Create the account yourself and invite us, or ask us to create it with your email. Either way you hold the owner role, and we use an API key or a connected account.

Sample records

Share a few typical records from both tools, or point us to them. Real examples reveal how your data is really structured.

A decision-maker

Name the person who approves the plan and the test, and tell us which system should win when Formlets and Shopify disagree.

We never need your owner password or payment details. Access is limited, logged and removable at any time.
