Our track record

450+ Shopify Stores Launched Since 2015. Your Fera Connection Gets the Same Care.

Any Fera and Shopify connection earns its keep only when the data is right on a normal busy day. Through ten years of building stores, we have learned where orders, customers and products usually break an integration, and we design around it.

Who this is for

Fera Shopify App: Who It Helps Most

Reviews help conversion when they show correctly and arrive on time. These are the cases we build for.

You are a good fit if
  • Your store runs on Shopify
  • You have, or will open, a Fera account
  • You want a fixed price and a written scope
  • You can share the access we ask for
  • Stores collecting reviews

A Product Reviews widget shows ratings on product pages.

  • Brands wanting social proof

Customers can submit photos and videos.

  • Theme owners

The Fera Product Reviews block goes in the Apps section of the theme editor.

  • Teams with missing widgets

Check that the Fera footer script is enabled.

  • Owners budgeting

Pricing starts from $9 a month with a trial; the free plan is gone.

  • Teams with custom themes

A CSS selector sets exact placement.

What Happens When an order is fulfilled: The Fera Flow

Think of the build as a short chain: event, check, write, log. Each link is tested on its own and again as a whole, with real orders, before we ask you to approve anything.

Process and timeline

Six Stages From Brief to Live Fera Sync

Six stages, in order. Nothing touches live data until you have seen it work on a copy, and your calculator choices decide how long each stage takes.

  1. 1

    Brief and scope

We ask what you sell, how Fera is used and which events matter. A short review of your orders and reviews shows where the flow should start and what it must never do.

  2. 2

    Access and connection

You grant limited access to Shopify and Fera through an API key or a connected store. Before building, we read live data to prove both connections.

  3. 3

    Map and rule

We map customer email, product, rating and photo, then agree which side wins each conflict and what blanks should do, in writing.

  4. 4

    Build in a copy

We build against test data, not your live records, and show you the plan and a recorded run where it helps.

  5. 5

    Test on real cases

We run a delivered order, a photo review and a review on a variant, then refunds and edits, and verify each outcome against what the store shows.

  6. 6

    Go live and hand over

When you say go, the flow goes live. We watch the first runs and leave you notes, a diagram and a recorded walkthrough.

Six Safeguards Built Into Every Fera Integration

Careful beats fast when personal data is involved. These are the habits behind every build.

Nothing sent without approval

Every customer-facing message is reviewed with you first, then switched on.

Failures raise a flag

When a run fails, a named person is told which order and why. Silence is never taken as success.

Narrow access, in your name

We request only the permissions the flow needs, via an API key or a connected store, and you own every account.

Secrets kept in a vault

Keys and tokens live in a secure vault, not in notes, spreadsheets or chat.

Build in a copy, never live

The flow is built and tested against test data. Your live orders and reviews are untouched until you approve.

Plain scope, two revision rounds

You see the price before paying. Changes within scope go through two structured rounds, so a tweak never becomes an hourly invoice.

  • Secure Fera connection via an API key or a connected store
  • One trigger built: when an order is fulfilled
  • Mapping for customer email, product and rating
  • A unique key on every write
  • Checks on a delivered order and a photo review
  • Written test log and video handover

Fera will schedule the request, attach the photo to the product and publish the review, with filters, retries and a failure alert.

  • Everything in Single Workflow
  • Triggers for when an order is fulfilled, when a photo review is submitted and when a review is published
  • Photo and custom fields added to the map
  • Rules by tag, country and order value
  • Retries, plus an alert when a run fails
  • Checks on a delivered order, a photo review and a review on a variant

Two-way sync, history load and a fortnight of monitoring, with a written runbook for your team.

  • Everything in Core Workflows
  • Per-field conflict rules for two-way updates
  • Past reviews loaded in one pass
  • Two weeks of monitoring after go-live
  • A check of who can do what
  • Written runbook for your team

Custom objects, unusual authentication, several Shopify stores feeding one Fera account, stores above 10,000 orders a month, and builds that need your own servers are quoted separately at a fixed price.

Roughly how many orders do you take each month?Required

High volume calls for batching and a peak-day plan.

Which way should data flow?Required

Fields that both systems change need a written winner.

What is already stored in Fera?Required

We match what exists before anything new is written.

How soon do you need it live?Required

Standard follows the schedule your other choices set. Pay to move up the queue and go live sooner.

Optional extrasOptional

Each one begins switched off. Turn on what you need, watch the total, switch it back off.

Why Store Design Expert

Why Owners Choose Our Fera Shopify App Over Doing It Alone

Most of this job is clicking, and you could do it. People hire us because the unglamorous parts, ids, timing and edge cases, decide whether the connection helps or hurts.

4.9+ from verified clients

The reviews here come from verified clients of Store Design Expert, so you can judge past projects before you pay.

A direct line to the builder

You talk to the person working on your flow, and questions about a trigger or field get a plain answer.

Safety designed in

Every build includes retries, alerts, unique keys and narrow access; none are paid extras.

Experience since 2015

A decade and more than 450 stores later, few integration quirks are new to us.

A price you can plan around

The calculator shows the price and extra days for every package and option. Fera bills its own plan fees, so check its current pricing page.

Tested on your real cases

We test the cases your store actually has, such as a delivered order, a photo review and a review on a variant.

What we need to get started

Getting Started: What We Ask For

Three things get the work moving: safe access, a few answers and a decision-maker. Here is the detail.

Approve a collaborator request

Already selling? Send the store address and accept the request we raise. You stay the owner, we see only what the role permits, and you can remove us at any time.

Starting from nothing? We build first

We can assemble the store in our own Shopify Partner account, connect Fera there, then hand the whole store over by ownership transfer. You pick a Shopify plan only at the end.

Or share a staff login

If it is simpler, a staff login will do. We prefer the collaborator route because it is revocable in one click and no password changes hands.

Your Fera access

Create the account yourself and invite us, or ask us to create it with your email. Either way you hold the owner role, and we use an API key or a connected store.

Sample records

Share a few typical records from both tools, or point us to them. Real examples reveal how your data is really structured.

A decision-maker

Who signs off the plan and the test? And when Fera and Shopify disagree, which one is right? Those two answers are all we need.

We never need your owner password or payment details. Access is limited, logged and removable at any time.
